Well The site is very easy and straight forward to use, however i was unexpectedly charged for the full pro plan during my 7 day trial as i clicked publish ( which in this case turns your trial into a full subsctrion) this charge was unexpected and caused my frustration to sky rocket, However Renato and his team assisted very quickly with the time differences and were very clear and helpful in their communication pointing out where human error can happen However with a common ground reached i have been giving a full refund quickly and effienctly even after their terms state no refunds, Only companies that respond correctly and have good customer service go far thats this company!

Terrible experience to begin with but the support to resolve my issue was really good.
Transperancy of what you get when you sign up isn't very clear and I ended up paying for the paid version with the expectation of 10 ready to go products but was only given 1.
However, their support is good and when I spoke to them about my experience, they were very willing to refund me.

This company offers a "pro version" for 97$ , i paid for the pro version and got NOTHING the pro version offers. The pro version has promises of more templates , ads , products ect... After you have paid you continue with the free version. The site is useless as there is no support button , no way to see your plan , nothing just login and continue with your free version that you paid 97$ for.
