I am not Indonesian not live in Indonesia, my problem statred when i decideded to cancel my account, but i was shocked when they asked me to pay 10,000 rupiah + my passport etc. I never trust Indonesian to handle my personal data and privacy. I really don't see the need to pay duty fee to delete own account?. This is big red flag!.. My advise to others PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

I purchased items on March 11, 2021 but have not received it until today March 21, 2021. I requested an assistance and got answer to wait for 2 days. Two days passed and I am still waiting for my items or refund. Very slow response.

This marketplace is not even worth 1 star. The experience is so bad for me that I close my shop within a few days of operation. They don't update the shipping fee in their system and instead of trying to solve the issue, they put the blame back and forth between seller and buyer. Even worst, they advise me to ask the buyer to pay up the difference which doesn't make sense and proves their unprofessionalism. I showed them all the evidence they need, instead of owning up to their mistake and reach out to help, they decide to wash their hands and break our trust as sellers and buyers. Very very disappointed. Never had this experience at other marketplaces. Better off buying from Tokopedia or Shopee.

Bukalapak makes it impossible to get a resolution.

I received broken order from BUKALAPAK.com
And BUKALAPAK said to me send it for my money back,
Without any warranty about seller resend to me my order.

I do not recommend ordering something more expensive than a block of cigarettes on this service.

The CEO of Bukalapak shared HOAX on tweeter. Not very impressed.

CEO was making false data against current President Jokowi just because the government don’t give him support. He was using 2010 which at the time Mr. Jokowi were not President of Republic Indonesia. Don’t mix business with your political agenda using false data. CEO created unpleasant tweets toward Mr. Jokowi. Very unprofessional and not worthy to give our money to buka lapak. Uninstalled immediately.

this online suck and very annoying. i have Business trip on Indonesia for 6 month. and i must charge SIM card every month for my Smartphone and my company people. i dont have any Indonesian Bank account or something like that. its very useful to use BukaDompet. but you know my BukaDompet had a funds Freeze and cant get back the money on that account. i was call the Customer Service but, that CS cant do anything for that. I just get the annoying E-mail and dont get any solution...
if you cant make a transaction it ok just bring my money back!!!!!

This site is a nice site at first.
People can open their own online shop and can do shopping securely.
The problem is they have cooperation with some courier service that is so bad and the late pick up and delivery do quite a damage to both the shop and the consumers.
The customer service is not helping at all too.
They work as if they are a robot who can say a pre-defined lines, sometimes not even answering the real questions we asked.

It's too bad they are not good enough even though they showed some potential for online shopping in my country.
