Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend. Needed a green bin emptying, filled with garden and house hold rubbish. Quick prompt service. Very helpful on chat.

Now that I am logged back in to the BUKKA WASTE APP I can get rid of unwanted waste when my black bin is full.

Decided to try them and wasn't disappointed, they are reliable and even put the bins back where they found them. Messaging them is good too, they got back to me within minutes! Only got them because of the bin strike but will still be using them when I have to. I would definitely recommend them.

First class service from Bukka waste during the Warrington bin strikes. They were extremely efficient and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Friendly customer service and the booking process was very easy to navigate online.

I booked my collection late yesterday and they came this morning and emptied my bin. I couldn't ask for more.

Edit to add they came the day after and emptied as promised. Seemed genuine.

I have used them lots of times previously without any issue. Not only have their prices gone up steeply (it used to be £1 per bin bag now it’s £3.50 per bin bag) but I booked a collection in for yesterday, I got a reminder they were coming and they didn’t turn up. I messaged them today asking what is going on and was told it was rescheduled for today and they have not turned up again. It’s unacceptable to take my money and not provide the service. No communication from them either so won’t be using again and would not recommend.

Booked them for the first time to pick up a few bags of rubbish. Quoted £30 for 5 bags. Booked and paid. They never turned up. Stayed in all day waiting. Now trying to get in touch with them for an explanation and a refund.

They were on time and professional. No mess left behind. My bins were put back right where they found them cleaned and smelling really fresh. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
