Still waiting for my product to ship - I guess

Your website is easy to navigate. I placed my order on 3/25 for two bulbs. Purchased with my corporate card and the charge is on my credit card statement. I still don't have my bulbs and the order/invoice tracking page says my order is "pending". I requested delivery for yesterday, 3/31. There is no tracking information, so I can only assume the two bulbs have not shipped - but they are paid for!

Great Resource!

Was pleasantly surprised to find a replacement bulb for a 30 year old filmstrip projector! Our students enjoy seeing classroom visual aids from the dark ages!

Missing item and no return call

I bought 6 EKE-PH bulbs on 3/10 and only received 5 and the confimation says 6 were sent. I called on 3/12 and someone was suppose to get back to me to fix this mistake. It is 3/18 and still have not heard from anyone and have not received the missing bulb. Can someone help me?

Quick Response!

We ordered two different types of Microscope bulbs Friday afternoon and were told to allow up to two weeks for shipment. By the end of the day we received a confirmation email that the order had shipped and by Monday had received them. Now that's what I call service! Keep up the good work.

Speedy Service

I like the ability to find what I needed right away and the speedy delivery of the product. Just wish I could use my shipping account number to have shipping costs charged to my account and not my bill.

Easy to use, fast and effective.

I order on line and the site is easy to manipulate, Supplies are normally in stock. They send confirming quickly and when order ships, I get the tracking information.

No nonsense, fast shipping, easy internet access.

If the internet is the way you want to shop & ship to your door...this is a great shopping site with quality bulbs at fair prices and fast shipping with proper packing. We love that our old surgery lamp bulbs are always in stock. I believe our surgery lamp is a 1970's model!

GREAT!

I use Bulb Direct because they always have the bulbs I need and are quick to ship to me. They always answer any questions I have regarding unusual bulbs. In the last 10 years that I've been ordering from them I have only received one bad bulb which they replaced immediately with no questions asked.
