I would not give bulbhead one star but…
I would not give bulbhead one star but couldn’t go any lower. Unscrupulous. I get a copper pocket hose from them. I looked at websites selling these. Looked! Bulbhead was not one of them; however I get a hose delivered yesterday. I will have to once again file a dispute with my credit card. Did not order from Bulbhead and then told that hose which was charged to my credit card April 3, showed that my return could not be accepted because it was more than 30 days since I placed order.
I think Bulbhead intercepts orders when placed with other companies.
Beware BulbHead Charges
I was on the website trying to determine what the total costs would be for five items. When I got the final price I attempted to cancel the transaction. The web site does not permit this. So I simply shut down the web site without authorizing payment. They billed my PayPal account anyway. The customer service is an AI BOT. I tried to cancel through it 8 times. There is no customer service phone line to call. They actually split the payment request to PayPal to different from the invoice amounts to keep you from being able to stop the action in PayPal. This company is unresponsive, and possibly unscrupulous. Buyer beware, never do business with any company that does not offer a monitored phone number for Customer Service.

UNETHICAL company. I did not complete purchase but they charged my credit card as soon as I left the website. I tried to get in contact immediately to cancel. Only got a dozen AI responses saying they could not find my order to cancel it.days later I got notice that product had shipped. They are disputing my complaint.

They actually charge 30% more than what displays on the payment page!!!
Bought a 50 foot Pocket Hose Copper Bullet with sprayer on website. Payment page said $62.98. No email confirmation. Credit card was charged $82.15. Called 1-855-789-4106 (took awhile to figure out how to get to live person). They said they would reimburse $15 within 3 days. I said that's more than the payment page showed. 'All she could do'. That's still 6% more than what was displayed on payment page,

I recently needed to use their customer service. It is the best I’ve ever seen. In this day and age of shady companies they are the opposite. They answer phones and emails and even Messenger via Facebook! They back up their products 100%. I lost a receipt and they still took me at my word and sent a replacement to me anyway! They really do support their customers!

Don’t buy from this Scammer
This purchase went wrong from the beginning and I tried to cancel the order
and was unable to. They slam you with offers that you don’t want and when you are done they seem to have added items anyway. I started with a 39$ Vaccum and wound up with a $84 bill. On the receipt and I will just careful as I could be. Just stay away from them do yourself a favor.

I did not receive what was advertised. Contacted customer service, they reshaped. Only to receive what I had received the first time. Contacted again all they would do offer a refund and told me to take my chances and reorder. I did not have any faith that the outcome would be any different, so I did not reorder. Sad and disappointed. Just wanted what was advertised.

The product arrived in a timely fashion and in good shape. However, the price shown on the receipt for $82.66 somehow changed to $144.78 on my credit card statement. I gave the company my information showing the transaction and they offered me a $20 credit for my inconvenience. I don’t want a credit, I want the difference in what was bought and what was charged. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. My credit card is now resolving the situation.

The “cool” yellow coated lenses smeared away.
My $10.00 construction safety glasses “outdoor” tinted from Home Depot were far superior and OSHA rated!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR…
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! Received a Horsepower Duck vacuum as a Christmas gift. It worked fairly well for about a week, then died. I used the provided cord to recharge and it didn’t work. Tried a few other cords, outlets, charging blocks, still no luck. Reached out to the company (BulbHead) and they offered absolutely no support other than to try different cords. They refused to help me without a receipt (x-mas gift - no receipt) and said I would have to take the item back to wherever it was purchased. Complete JUNK product AND company!!
UPDATE: the response offering to send me a new vacuum has no contact information and I can’t reply via this platform. I sent an email to the general customer service address and received a response that they “couldn’t gaurantee anything due to stock issues”. Seems like the reply below was not a sincere attempt to resolve the issue.
