I like how easy it is to find the parts that you need on their website. The ordering process is smooth and the prices are good. Have had some trouble with the delivery since the guys at the UPS have messed something up. I got the item eventually, but it took a lot longer than expected. It wasn’t BulgaryAuto’s fault but they still told me that they would handle this issue if the part didn’t arrive. Thankfully, it didn’t come to that. Truly a 5-star retailer of car parts.

Return customer. I’ve purchased two sets of headlights for two of my cars. Both sets came straight to my house and I was able to quickly install them without any issues. I’ve used BulgaryAuto’s website to choose the headlights that I needed. It is so much more convenient to choose everything online than going to a part store myself.

BulgaryAuto was the third auto parts store from which I ordered a grill guard. And it was the ONLY website that actually had the part, even though the other stores were telling me that it would take them “just a couple of days to get the part”. The shipping was fast and the customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend BulgaryAuto
