Rarely do you come across a company which supplies top quality goods, and… has a service which is clearly unequalled for positivity, friendly, helpful service as Bulhawk. I strongly recommend it to all.

I've had a Bulhawk gazebo for 3 years and it was left up permanently all through the bad weathers and it was only when it took it down that I accidentally ripped it( totally my fault).
I ordered another cover but unfortunately I ordered the wrong one.Not a problem as the staff were amazing on so helpful to sort my mistake out- brilliant--keep it up

Wow, what customer service. We bought a 4.5 x 3m premium hex gazebo for family get togethers over christmas. When we put it up on christmas eve we found a couple of slits in one of the window panels and a couple of small holes in the roof tape. On boxing day i emailed the company, but wasnt expecting much until after the new year. On the saturday , a lovely email was sent to me apologising for the issues, and said as soon as they were back on the monday, they would sen me replacements. These were received on tuesday the 30th in the morning so can be replaced ready for new years eve. Im blown away by the customer service. Would recommend this company all day long.

Absolutely perfect for what we needed, the 6x3 in purple is stunning and fab quality - it held up in some seriously heavy rain and wind despite being the cheapest version they offer. As a new tiny business cost was a huge thing, I was nervous about getting the 'cheapest' gazebo option but honestly its AMAZING, I will be buying an additional one for the club aspect of my business. The items came next day, absolutely perfect and honestly so impressed.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish. The gazebo is really good quality, extremely pleased with the purchase.

Having been very impressed by a gazebo that belongs to an organisation I volunteer for, I noted the Bulhawk name on it and I looked in to getting one myself.
I contacted Bulhawk enquiring about carriage charges (I live off- shore and this can result in firms passing on expensive charges)
Bulhawk responded very quickly reassuring me that if I placed an order , carriage would be free.
A brief email correspondence followed which demonstrated a very high level of ‘customer care’

Apart from the quality of the product that I had already witnessed, it was really this very hepful and professional response from the Bulhawk team that encouraged me to place an order.
A gazebo arrived very quickly.
The quality of construction is impressive.( this is the 40 mm tubing type)
Conclusion = I can confidently recommend this firm and their product.

The best customer service I’ve had in years.

This business has grown but has continued to run as a family business with great ethics and morales. I have been consistently surprised by just how kind, friendly, responsive and accommodating Jon and Gary have been when I’ve needed to contact them. I’ve had a couple of issues over the years with the product (which are my fault - the gazebos are absolutely fantastic!!!) and whenever I have reached out they have gone really out of their way to be courteous, responsive and ensure everything is sorted out. Seriously - it’s a gazebo and I’ve been getting calls and emails back within an hour or two and things sorted within 1-2 days total. I’ve not had anywhere near as good from anywhere else for many years.

Also - not only are they a pleasure to deal with as a company - the products they sell are fantastic too. Really strong, durable and completely modular products. They may not be the cheapest on the market and they’re certainly not the most expensive either - but they’re worth every penny and more.

If you’re considering a gazebo - don’t buy it from elsewhere! Buy it from Bulhawk!

I spent a long time comparing different gazebos and debating which one to go for—and I’m so glad I chose this one! The quality is excellent: strong, sturdy, and perfect for craft and farmers markets. It’s easy to set up and has been a gorgeous addition to my setup.

I did have a small issue with the side panels (entirely my own fault!), but the customer service team were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve everything.

I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the support. Highly recommend!

First of all the customer support is top notch, respond time is very fast and you can see that they care about their customers, sorted me out with my gazebo and answered all my questions, made sure I'm happy with everything.
The delivery was pretty fast to Ireland too

Now the gazebo itself is.. LOVELY, worth every penny that you pay. The quality is amazing and feels very sturdy, I got it with simple weight bags and put stones in them, had some very strong winds and the gazebo never flew away or broke, the frame is very strong and can trust it.

I'm fixing cars using the gazebo to hide from lovely Irish weather, already celebrated a birthday using the gazebo, you can do anything you want with it, it's so easy it put it back together once you get used to it, the walls are so good for it too, we had a gas heater inside and it kept all the warmth inside surprisingly.

I 100% recommend it.

Had an issue with a broken section of my gazebo, it took 3 storms to break it, so I was totally impressed it was only 1 x section. Made contact and spoke to jon, he was brilliant, couldn't do any more for me, everything sorted out, great service, great product, great company.
You can't go wrong with bulhawk.

Excellent customer service from Jon. Gazebo i ordered was slightly to big. Sorted me out with a return and replacement no hassles.

Bought a gazebo in the summer, and was impressed with the quality. Decided to order the sidewalls for a winter party. Unfortunately the delivery company lost the package, however the team at Bulhawk were brilliant, dispatching a new order on an overnight express delivery. The aftersales service was of the highest standard, and I was highly satisfied with their response and the outcome, additionally they upgraded my order and gave me additional items, without any requests from myself. First class product first class team.

We bought a set of 4.5M x 3M Hex 50 Gazebos from Bullhawk in January of last year.

I took MONTHS and must have been a very frustrating customer to work with (Volunteer sector - Scouts, liaising with internal Stakeholder etc.).

Bullhawk handled all of the Graphical Design for us, gave us lots of advice, lots of different options - genuinely wanted us to get what we wanted and were very sympathetic and friendly.

We loved the Gazebos when we first received them, high quality (but VERY heavy!).

First time we used them in anger we underestimated how much they would be impacted by the wind and had two turn over on their roof - Our Fault completely). Bullhawk provided us with a really good price on the parts that were damaged (I think we ended up paying £35 in total). This proved that the Gazebos were robust and also repairable (the reasons we wanted commercial grade, high quality gazebos).

The Gazebos have been used by Scout Groups, Schools, Running Clubs and all sorts of different people. the Bags (with Small wheels) weren't robust enough to handle all of these different groups and ended up being trashed.

Bullhawk worked with us to source replacement bags that were more suited to our needs - the pricing was ridiculously favourable, again Bullhawk wanted us to be happy with what we had and for us to get the value from the purchase.

I would highly recommend Bullhawk, I would have no doubt that if you are reasonable with them - they will do "the right thing" by you at all stages. yes, it's a Chinese manufactured Gazebo, yes you might get it from "fly by nights" and save tens of pounds but I will be coming to Bullhawk for all of my future needs (not sure if Jon will consider that a threat or a promise!

Jon, as a Charity spending other people’s money, having someone you feel you can trust is a huge benefit. Thanks for doing the right thing by us, it is really appreciated.

Jon and Rebecca were extremely helpful when I made contact, they arranged for a Hex 4, 3m x 4.5m gazebo to be fully put up so that we were able to visit and see the product, we were also shown the different leg weight on offer.
Our gazebo was delivered very quickly and very well packaged, preventing any damage during the delivery process.
We briefly made up the 3 x 4-5 hex 40 gazebo and I have to say we are very impressed with the strength of the frame and the quality of the canopy and sides.
I would highly recommend Bulhawk Gazebo, the quality for the price is outstanding.
