This is the first and last time I have…
This is the first and last time I have ordered whey protein from Bulk, once in the chocolate orange flavor and once in the strawberry flavor, as well as creatine. The chocolate orange flavor dissolves well in water or milk and tastes good, the creatine is okay too. However, the strawberry flavor is undrinkable compared to the chocolate orange, no matter what liquid it is dissolved in, be it water, milk, or a mixture of both, because it creates such a foamy consistency with a four to five centimeter high head and the entire drink is completely foamy that it is really undrinkable. This of course makes a negative review understandable, but the big problem only became apparent when communicating with a total of five different Bulk employees, where each time I had to repeat almost the entire text of the complaint, which had already been entered several times, to the next employee. Also, a request to send Bulk a video showing the shake being prepared within the next 48 hours is more than questionable. No complaints were accepted. I will upload a video to YouTube in which I advise against buying the whey protein.

Made a really big and expensive order that was going to be sent from Germany to Spain via DHL. DHL delivered the package in some other address and to some other person without even trying to contact me or verify the receiver's identity. Bulk doesn't know anything about it and can't give me any sort of explanation.
