and I still have not used and won't use the protein powder I bought which came in a damage bag. And you keep sending me those automatic emails from a robot. Make real people to read at least the replies. Please don't bother me any more.

I order for my first time from bulk and I can say that I was so happy with the Very fast delivery and the good quality of the products. The only problem I noticed was the matcha powder was not very good quality and to be honest I was not surprised about it because in Denmark is a bit difficult to get something similar to the Japanese, Chinese or Vietnamese.
After my blood work shows that the vitamins are good quality. So I recommend some of the vitamins.

Recommended by friends. One order, zero problem. Now testing the product (Creatine). Waiting for results body reactions. I'm interested in knowing (what is possible for you to share with costumers) ingredients and lab test of your final products inside my body.

Given the answer of the shop I want to be fair.
I have got the products 2 days after my review. The products are OK.
However I still maintain my opinion that there are no trustable communications means with the company and reminds to a scam company in that sense.
I hope they can improve that

I bought products for a value of 500 DKK 2 days ago. They have registered the package in Postnord , just they can withdraw the money from my account but Postnord has not received the products. So, Bulk has only registered the package JUST TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. But as far as I know this is illegal in DK.
I have been calling their number (very secret on their website) and they pick up the call and inmediatly hang up. They also say that there is a chat service and it is impossible to find it on the website.
This ebsite looked legitim but I dont know why are they behaving so suspicious like scammers. Considering that they are in DK then I should have got the products by now buut they took my money instead and there is no way to contact them, unless is an automatic response by email.
I will wait a couple of days more and then will communicate this to my bank to get my money back

Trustworthy company

Your Chocolate Cookie Whey protein tastes like coconut which I hate and was never mentioned. BAD. If I knew it was gonna taste like coconut, I would not have bought this.

Wanted to shop but like always they are posting fake prices. They give you a big discount, but I learned to look at the faktura from the past and very clearly that they just put the prices up and they also put the discount up so customers just pay the same or more than last time.
SO big lying company. Too bad I cannot post any screen shots from my past purchases. They manipulate the mind telling you there is a big discount but there is nothing!

I regret to say that my experience with Bulk has been nothing short of disappointing. I placed an order for protein powder a month ago, and to my dismay, I have yet to receive my package. I'm writing this review in the hope that others are made aware of the issues I've encountered.

Initially, I was hopeful that the delivery would be timely, as I received a Gmail from Bulk, acknowledging potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite this communication, I patiently waited for my order to arrive. I checked the tracking number provided, which indicated that the protein powder was delivered on June 4. However, to my utter disbelief, I never received anything on that date or thereafter.

Naturally, I reached out to Bulk's customer support for assistance, hoping to resolve the matter. Regrettably, I found the response to be slow and unhelpful. It's incredibly frustrating to be kept in the dark, with no clear explanation or resolution for my missing order. At this point, I have lost confidence in the company's ability to fulfill its promises and deliver on its commitments.

As a customer, I believe it is essential to trust the company I purchase from, and my trust in Bulk has been severely shattered. When it comes to online shopping, reliability and promptness are of utmost importance, and Bulk has failed to meet these expectations. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and appropriate follow-up is inexcusable.

I sincerely hope that Bulk takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving its customer service and delivery processes. As of now, I cannot recommend Bulk to others based on my experience, and I will be exploring other options for my protein supplement needs in the future.

I implore Bulk to address this matter promptly, either by providing a suitable resolution to my situation or by ensuring that such delays and communication lapses do not recur with other customers.
