They did nothing. I will not be able to get my order because of their logistics provider, and they told me to wait a long time for my product to go back. Then 10 days after that to get a refund.

The product is good, but the delivery process was terrible. I know that's not technically your fault, but your website was useless in helping me resolve the issue and your customer support was completely unresponsive despite at least three emails.

Very disappointed with the beef protein. The taste is terrible—kind of like beef broth in your shaker— even worse than the soy one. I simply don't recommend it.
Also, I would like to return the sealed package, but I just discovered that Bulk does not accept returns.
