Disappointed with Short Expiry Dates and Inflexible Return Policy
I recently ordered several items from Bulk™, including Pea Protein Isolate (1kg), Broccoli Powder (500g), and the Vegan Multivitamin Complex (90 capsules). To my surprise, the Broccoli Powder had an expiry date of just two months from the date of purchase. I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite, they informed me that it’s my responsibility to consume the product within this short timeframe.
The response suggested that I should be consuming the product every single day to meet the expiry deadline, which is completely unreasonable for any customer. They also made it clear that no swaps or exchanges are available, and I would need to return the unopened items at my own expense. Despite the inconvenience, I will be returning the products, but I’m disappointed that I have to cover the return shipping costs for a situation that wasn’t my fault.
This is not the level of customer care I expected, and I won’t be ordering from Bulk™ again.

The parcel was sent only after send 20 e-mails, bad comments, after about 2 weeks it was only sent. The company does it on purpose, a dozen or so people who had the same problems contacted me, the company does it consciously. I don't know if I will risk ordering again

I am very sorry that your first order with bulk was not a good experience and I can only apologise for the delay.
However, please let me assure you that we would never delay orders intentionally. Quite the opposite, all our processes are set up to ensure orders are processed and shipped as fast as possible.
Unfortunately, demand exploded at the beginning or January.
We are aware that there is usually an increase of orders around this time of year and we plan for this by having more staff available and getting temporary staff, as well.
But this year we saw such a huge increase in orders that we just could not keep up and could not get additional staff fast enough, so order processing was delayed for a few days.
Please rest assured our order processing times have returned to normal levels. This was an exception and we keep working on preventing this from reoccurring.

Failure. Delivery was supposed to be "next day". After a few days the order had still not been shipped. I made contact and was told there were delays in availability. Received the product a week later.
