Let's see, in a word, "impressive". I'm delighted with BULK. Flavor, solubility, price, shipping. I've been drinking protein shakes for years. I've tried whey, clear, soy isolate, and... only Bulk has hit the mark with the flavor, texture, solubility, and quality of their products. I've tried many brands, so many, and without a doubt from now on Bulk is going to be my great ally. It has everything, and I'm only taking soy isolate now because it's the one that suits me best. And if you're a protein shake drinker, you'll know that soy protein isolate is very difficult to dissolve, but only Bulk has managed to solve this problem. I'm impressed. Aside from its incredible flavor, it's so good that, for example, the chocolate one... My daughter steals my protein shakes because she says they're delicious. Bulk is doing great, but they should reward their loyal customers, like me, with discounts or gifts. That would be the icing on the cake.

Superb quality products without compromise
As I mentioned from my other feedback, Bulk delivers great quality product. Recently, I purchased whey isolate and smooth almond butter. As always never disappoint even the isolate protein slightly on pricey side but you get what you paying for. The delivery was super quick and receive couple days later with great tracking. The website often have discount so overall great value for money without compromise on quality of the products. I’ll coming back soon for more supply and couldn’t recommended it enough.

Not based on my recent purchase but the one before. I had an issue with the delivery. I was contacted by customer service and given a discount code by way of an apology. The issue is the discount code which was valid for a year couldn't be used on Whey Isolate and every time I've tried to use it since it stated not valid on different items. Would have been better telling me what it could be used on!
So what seemed like excellent customer service turned out to be a bit .... meh

Bulk products are extremely genuine
After trying almost 5 protein powder brands, I can put a stamp on one such product which is the best for any age and any gender and any fitness goals. Bulk products are extremely genuine. The quality can be felt instantly. The whey protein isolate and the Matcha powder are great source of protein. There is no bloating after consuming. The protein powder mixes very well with Greek yoghurt and gives a high quality breakfast and keeps you full for longer.
The Match powder is extremely pure and high quality. It does not leave any bitter after taste and is a very good source of fat burn as well as caffeine.

I am a massive advocate for the pure…
I am a massive advocate for the pure whey isolate product from Bulk. Including their creatine monohydrate. I have been using these products for 4 months now as part of my 'leaning up" program. Using them to supplement my diet inorder to target fat loss and retain muscle mass.
I am more defined and stronger with increased stamina.
I've tried the pure whey but the isolate is on another level. I acknowledge the price difference but it mixes so great and is effortless to drink and digest. Plenty of great tasting flavours.
Great to see Bulk have kept the 1kg bags and not dropped down to 900g.

Good value and great range of products
This is my third order from Bulk . I like their variety and range of products .
I’ve been buying whey protein , chocolate almond butter and Fibre plus and recently tried their matcha green tea.
I’m making repeat orders and have just upgraded to whey protein isolate . My main focus is that I don’t use any products that contain artificial sweeteners of any kind, so Bulks range of unflavoured products ( and natural sugar)
are one of the most comprehensive online available . I hope that they continue with this and maybe introduce more products. I’ve found them to be easy to use and mix and adapt to how I want them to taste.
I did try some of the protein brownie ( choc chip banana bread ) but sadly didn’t like the taste , even though no artificial sweetener listed on ingredients, it has a strange after taste . Was glad that I could order an individual bar to try and decide.
Ordering from the website is easy and delivery is very quick .
Will be continuing to order regularly, as Bulk offer what I need and are good value .

As a regular customer I value the bulk boost delivery option. It’s nearly always next day, and only 9.99 for the year. Well worth it.
I have a vast amount of gut health issues and am coeliac. The cream of rice and beef protein isolate are life savers for me.

Expensive and very sweet tasting
Recently tried bulk protein isolate, vanilla and chocolate flavours. thought I'd try thrse as supposed to be a slightly healthier option to my current brand. ( Nothing wrong with current brand,). Bulk slightly edges infront for fractional less additives. Even though Bulk is a lot more expensive I'd though I'd try.
Both flavours were extremely sweet tasting.
For me this is definitely not worth the extra money. Luckily I only purchased 500g bag of chocolate, but unfortunately I got a bulk bag of vanilla.

Disgusting
If i could give negative points i would. I received a fully sealed bag of whey protein isolate powder contaminated with dead carpet beetles. Bulk have completely ignored this, despite photographic evidence, and also the fact that others have spotted black bits in their powders. Disgusting company with zero regard for its customers, serious QC ussues.
And now Bulk claim the issue is resolved you are having a laugh!!!

First of all, delivery of my order was rapid, even with the basic delivery option, so 10/10 stuff there
This order I got the vanilla flavour soya isolate protein, honey flavoured syrup, hazelnut coffee syrup and the syrup pump and it's all good!
The soya protein is smooth, mixes easily, and tastes good. I'm honestly tempted to use it as a base for milkshakes!
This is the second time I've bought the honey syrup, it's amazing with yoghurt and blueberries. Absolutely would (and do) recommend.
The hazelnut coffee syrup is new to me, but very quickly a new favourite! For the size you get at that price it's an absolute steal and I hope they don't ever realise that and increase the price!
