Products were delivered within a couple of days. The quality is good. I love the vanilla pure whey isolate. I have it with 150g of 0% fat yoghurt and raspberries, it is like having a dessert, but without the calories. I will be purchasing from bulk in the future.

Well … I’m not going to write an essay…
Well … I’m not going to write an essay here . Protein isolate natural vanilla flavour - I do really like it and I will buy it again. Vitamin supplements - won’t buy it as they aren’t sealed at all , covered in some dust, powder. So don’t really trust what’s in the box.

I suffer from lactose intolerance and…
I suffer from lactose intolerance and thought that whey protein is not my thing. However, I have also tried nearly 7 protein powder brands and when I tried the Bulk Natural Whey isolate, I have issues with digestion. The calories, protein content is just what I need for my fitness and fat loss. Not only that but it mixes so well with yoghurt which I enjoy for breakfast. It is very light on tummy and all the ingredients are natural.

The whey protein isolate vanilla is amazing, not overly or artificially sweet in taste, and mixes with water without foaming. It makes having a protein shake in the morning something to look forward to, not something to be endured.

Finally Priced Out
Always had good things to say about this company, but honestly, the price increases cannot possibly be justified. Whey isolate has increased by 20% since 5 months ago when I last ordered. And the price increase prior to that was significant. The result is, i signed out and now I'll be looking for an alternative supplier for the first time in a few years. Enough is enough.

Poor quality
Bought the complete whey. Vanilla flavour. Horrible taste. Very gritty, doesn’t mix well, in water or foods like yoghurt. Pea protein isolate is also disgusting. Will be going back to Myprotein. My fault for paying lower prices and expecting good results.

No ingredients list in English on the…
No ingredients list in English on the package. No list of amino acid amounts on purchase site. So I googled it and realised this is substandard protein isolate powder.
It appears to be mainly a collagen powder. Very disappointed 😞. False advertising. Ill be asking for a refund.

I wanted to leave a proper review as my experience has been really excellent. First off, the delivery is incredibly fast – I’ve honestly never come across logistics and speed of this standard before. The service was brilliant right from the moment I paid; everything was smooth and straightforward.
I also really appreciate the fair, reasonable prices that stay consistent over time – it’s such a relief not to see them jumping around. The quality of the products is outstanding too. My regular favourites are the soy isolate powder, magnesium and zinc, and I’m always really happy with them.

No mention of Soya on the front of the Bag, only says Whey protein.
I have recieved the Protein powder, It says Basic Whey protein on the front of the bag, and assuming its only Whey and my instinct I opened the bag and later when I read the ingredients, it says soya isolate. I do not take Soya protein or isolate upsets my stomach and body. Later when I reached to the customer team they offered a discount code for next purchase but not willing to replace this product.
I think it’s unfair for not proving me a replacement product. I am happy to discard this one.
It will also go to show your commitment in the customers.For me it’s waste of my money now which I really do not appreciate.
It’s misleading that soya is not mentioned on the main front of the bag which should be added to ensure customers are fully aware when ordering and looking at the main photo of the product on the website.
Taste is good and it blends fine but beacause of Soya its waste of my money and making me never buying from Bulk again.

Poor service and fullfillment
I recently ordered a premium 2.5kg bag of Pure Whey Isolate, but unfortunately received the incorrect flavour. Since the delivery on Saturday, I’ve made several attempts to contact your team without success.
When I was finally able to reach customer service via chat today, I was advised that a refund was being processed and that I would need to return the item myself using a provided label.
I challenged this, as the error was not mine, and requested a collection instead. Given the size and weight of the product, I do not believe it is reasonable to expect customers to resolve fulfilment mistakes in this way.
I was initially told this was not possible. After escalating and requesting to speak to a manager, raising a complaint, and mentioning external feedback channels, I was then offered a collection “as a gesture of goodwill.”
I would suggest that arranging a collection in this situation should be standard customer service, rather than something only offered after escalation. The interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and did not reflect the quality I would expect from a brand like Bulk.
The resolution was that you collected the incorrect order now and Im waiting on a refund but I am permanently moving to MrProtein now.
Buyer beware!!!

Website is easy to navigate. Great range in quality products. Packaging is quality with swift deliver and correspondence. I highly rated Bulk, however,
Constant sales and discounts are frustrating, just price fix it competitively, reminds me of DFS back in the day.
I have recently noticed 'shrink-flation' introduced on some of the products. Eg 1kg Pure Whey Isolate now down to 900g for same price (10% reduction in product = 10% hidden price hike!).
However, not seen it translate yet in delivery. I still received 1kg bags.
Shame because the shrink-flation on website has really irritated me as a new customer and nearly stopped me repeat buying.

Awsome Collagen Coffee
I bought the Collagen Coffee and the Whey Isolate. The coffee is fantastic and has become part of my breakfast routine every day. The Whey Isolate is good too. I usually mix it with water, so the flavour is a little mild, but that doesn't bother me at all.
I've been really impressed with the quality of their products and will definitely be ordering again. Next time, I'll be picking up one of their slim 700ml bottles as well.

I’ve been a Bulk customer for two years now, ordering protein powder and creatine monohydrate regularly. I started out with the protein isolate, but recently made the switch to the Hero protein powder — and I haven’t looked back.
