Not a fan of recent changes
The one thing I can say about Bulk is that they have consistently delivered good quality products for the many years I have been buying from them. However, I have been very disappointed by them recently. Firstly, it was a major mistake for them to switch to using Evri as their delivery service because I rarely get my packages in a timely manner. They never arrive when they are supposed to. Secondly, which I just discovered when buying protein powder (Pure Whey Isolate) the other day, is that they have now reduced the sizes of their products for this range and the price has gone up. They were previously 500g, 1kg, 2.5kg, and 5kg. The new sizes are 450g, 900g, 2.25kg, and 4.5kg. This is the most disappointing change of them all, and it has made me rethink my loyalty to Bulk.

Only Place I Buy From
Ordering is always straightforward. At times I've recieved my order next day even though only standard delivery applied.
Their strawberry Mass Gainer is the first that doesn't affect my stomach in a way that's grim for anyone in the blast radius and with a bit of peanut butter it tastes pretty good too. Same applies to their Lean Mass Gainer.
I've since moved onto 'Hero Whey'. Given the price of isolate, 'Hero' was initially a compromise purchase but I'm very happy with it. I'm not a BCAA convert but the extra creatine it contains is awesome. It mixes perfectly in a shaker and tastes good with skimmed milk.
No flashy packaging or dumb-ass claims, just what I want and need at affordable prices.

Good option for high-protein fat loss without the wellness hype
Ordered the Pure Whey Isolate 90 while losing weight on Mounjaro and trying to prioritise muscle retention, higher protein intake and better overall health rather than gimmicky “wellness” supplements. After researching a lot of UK brands, Bulk seemed to offer one of the best balances of ingredient quality, protein content and price. I liked that the formula is relatively clean, lower in lactose and doesn’t lean heavily into pseudo-scientific marketing. It mixes well, tastes good and feels lighter/easier to digest than some thicker whey products. Also impressed by the pricing compared with many premium lifestyle brands. Customer service was spot on. Arrived quickly. Happy so far.

Great product, promotions could be better
The product itself is great. I use the informed whey protein, and it’s a lot easier on my stomach and doesn’t taste as sickly as some of the other forms including isolate. Could do with a few more flavours though.
30 days expiry on vouchers isn’t great. If I’m buying a 2.27kg bag, I won’t get through it in time to make use of a voucher. Same expiry duration would apply if I got a larger bag, which doesn’t incentivise larger purchases, or loyalty.

Never disappoint to deliver high quality supplements!!!
Always promotional going on the site to get supplements in such superb value price. The dispatch time is super quick and receive the products within few days after ordering. I usually purchased vegan protein but recently gone back with whey isolate even its abit on pricier side comparing than other protein. It’s one of best dairy high quality protein. The service always top tier and can rely on all their high quality products. However, the small cons is that they use Evri as delivery service even though my item get delivered and most of Evri delivery personnel tend to leave their delivery in such unsafe places and left outside the property which can lead to the item getting stolen or lost. This is none fault of the behalf of Bulk.com even though it’s cheaper option for delivery service but often Evri has no regards on people delivery item at all. Otherwise, no doubt I’ll be back for more supplements in coming months.

Serious quality control concerns and no customer care
I am extremely disappointed with Bulk.
I purchased the same Bulk whey isolate product I have bought before, but this time the colour and texture were clearly different. One product was white, as expected, while the other had a strong yellowish tone and a noticeably different texture.
For a nutrition brand selling products that people consume, this is a huge red flag. Two identical products should not look and feel so different unless there is a clear and transparent explanation. This raises serious concerns about Bulk’s quality control, batch consistency, and overall product safety.
What is even more concerning is the lack of urgency from the brand. When a customer reports a possible quality issue with a consumable product, the company should take it seriously, investigate the batch, provide a certificate of analysis, and give a clear answer. Instead, Bulk showed no real concern, no proper support, and no sense of responsibility.
This is not just bad customer service. This is a serious failure of trust. A brand selling supplements must be held to a higher standard, and Bulk has failed to provide the reassurance, transparency, and care that customers deserve.
I will not buy from Bulk again.

Delivery was very fast
Delivery was very fast. The protein I have bought last time, Chocolate Whey isolate (hydrolised) wasanot of my liking, I struggled to get though this one. Taste is strong - chemical - not real chocolate in it - I would not buy this again. In fact, was so ......sweet.... difficult to mix, which I was surprised.... I will go for 'unflavoured ' from now on. Even vegan protein tasted better. I got my own PhD to make things better whilst using this bag

Pure wey isolate
I reordered a pack of wey isolate powder, yet somehow managed to order a vanilla flavoured packet instead off the unflavoured I'd previously ordered. I can only assume that the web site defaults to vanilla and it was my fault for not spotting it but in my defense the packaging is very similar to the product I actually needed. Unfortunately I only discovered my error a few weeks later when I went to use it after opening it. Apart from this, the product, delivery time and service from this company is excellent.

Ordered one product, received a completely different one — Order #7022410760
Ordered Clear Whey All In One (Apple & Blackcurrant, 1kg) on 28/04/2026 — advertised on their website with 29g protein, 3g creatine, 8g BCAAs and 3g glutamine per serving. Paid £38.99. What arrived were two bags of Clear Whey Isolate — a completely different product with only 20g protein and zero creatine, BCAAs or glutamine.
That’s 31% less protein than advertised, and three key ingredients simply missing. This isn’t a minor substitution — it is a different product entirely. I bought this specifically for the creatine and BCAA content for post-workout recovery. What I received does not serve that purpose at all.
I raised a formal complaint citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. A Letter Before Action has been prepared. If no refund is received by 13 May 2026, this goes straight to the Small Claims Court, the ASA, and Trading Standards.
Read your labels carefully when ordering from Bulk. Screenshot the product page before you buy. Check your delivery the moment it arrives. Don’t assume what’s in the bag matches what you paid for — because in my case, it absolutely did not.

I use the pea protein isolate, Creapure and electrolyte powder, and overall I only have good things to say. The protein doesn’t make me feel bloated or cause stomach discomfort which I really appreciate.
