We've just had 2 corse Sunday roast and it was exquisite service: and beautiful , had the Welsh lamb and it was remarkably done to perfection 👌, the head waiter was very professional and accommodating, 5 stars from us.

Went there for Sunday lunch with our dog supposedly we get the same service as main restaurant. Presumably that must be awful as well. Staff didn't know where the dog friendly dining room was, once there we were constantly ignored, waited 20mins for menus further 15mins to get drinks. When the food arrived we were at 45mins in and counting, then left 30 mins looking at dirty plates. Gave up on waiting for dessert menu paid and left, they couldn't even get the bill right.
Only gave 2 stars because the food was good, but the service was appalling.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for the Christmas Package in the Victoria Suite aptly named as Queen Victoria had slept in this room! Amazing history. The welcome gifts in our room were very thoughtful, tasteful and of high quality. We had a great time, excellent food. Justine and Paul were very welcoming, thorough and most helpful. Their team of staff, Keith in the bar was great fun! and all other staff professional, polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The views are amazing, Beaumaris is beautiful and a great place to visit. Going back for New Year!

On the 12th of September we drove 2 hours to collect my parents then travelled a further 4.5 hours to Anglesey. With time to spare prior to checking into our place in Moelfre, we stopped off at several places one of which was Beaumaris. With us being sat in the car for so long we needed a drink, we popped into the Berkeley Hotel as this was the first place we came across which had a sign outside saying welcome

After being messed around within and rudely spoken to by various staff we left. I've never visited a place where the staff are so arrogant, rude and unsociable, it's an establishment I will never re-visit
