Glad I ordered before reading the reviews. I am happy with the product but however a bit concerning the duration of the transport. Shipped on the 26/09 arrived in Australia on the 8/10 . A long time for something that’s meant to be refrigerated… not sure how effective my $250 purchase will be..

Great products, very potent
Great products, very potent, made yoghurt with multiple powders bought from them.
Also the customer service is very good, they are helpful and listen to your wishes.
Really can't recognize the bad reviews. Made like 4 orders by now, last one for like 300 euro's, no issues at all.
One concern raised was shipping without ice pack that is personally the reason I pay extra for express shipping and only order when it is cold enough. Of course it would be preferred if an ice pack was included. This however works only temporary and will make express international shipping much more expensive. As far as I understand the products survive shipping but potency will decrease the longer it is our of the fridge. So important to refrigerate immediately after receiving the order.

L.Reuteri from Bulk Probiotics
I ordered L.Reuteri from this company, their probiotics I used, produced thick , tasty and rich texture yoghurt. I will definitely reorder more and possibly another strains of probiotics. Their customer service was quick to respond and sent me another package free of charge , after USPS lost the package for two weeks . Very reliable company with high quality products with excellent customer service .

Website says refrigerated but they didn't ship it to me in cold packs. I don't see the point in advertising refrigeration when they don't. Also I paid expedited shipping and it took 5 days. They shipped Monday, it arrived Saturday.

These are scammers. They have no problem taking your money. I spent over $120.00 dollars, and 6 days later the product isn't even in the hands of USPS. There is no customer service phone number. Do not buy from these scammers!
