A GREAT alternative to Amazon SES without all the Bounce Rate Limits!

I have tried there service for 3 months and then I decided to try other marketing approaches but I forgot to cancel my subscription for 2 months and even though they did not have it in their policy but they returned my 2 months payment. I will definitely use their services again. I trust this company

Sending emails is not easy, especially for those who don't specialize in marketing. Setting up our SMTP and having it flagged a couple of weeks later takes too much effort on our side. BulkResponse saves us from all the work and heartache of doing those repeatedly.

We as a group have used Bulk Response over many years, we have always had an excellent service and a good working relationship. They are part our confirmed suppliers to our group.

I contacted them to stop my subscription and not debit my card, but they never responded, and went on to debit my card of £31.71, despite my earlier warning email to them. They set up the platform such that subscribers cannot cancel on their own.

My email server's performance was gradually declining due to the cold outreach campaigns I was sending .I reached out to support regarding issues with my emails being marked as spam. They treated my case with urgent priority and efficiently resolved the problem within a few hours by replacing my server with another inboxing server and now we're back to inboxing.
I plan on staying with them for a while now.

Had a good time working with them. They provide trustworthy services.They assist you in determining how adhering to the regulations will improve delivery. Support is always available, assisting me with list import, email reporting, campaign sending, etc. The prices are also quite fair.

Victor here still a green-horn working as a client with the bulkresponse.com support and bulk emailing platform. I must say their service is exceptional and one of the cheapest in the market for quality bulk smtp servers, they set me up with my server, SPF and DKIM settings pretty fast and I was ready to go in no time. Tested my mail broadcast and it was delivering to inboxes, not spam, promo or other folders. Just few more things left for me to understand with their service/protocols and I'll be independently navigating their platform without needing "baby-sitting" from their technical support. They are not scam, if you don't understand the technicalities involved with the set-up of your account and you're not patient then you might probably have a hard time trying to work with them, keep in mind, they operate in different time zones in most cases. Bulkresponse has been my go to service for Cold emails deliveries , I have found their response to be timely and resolution of issues takes less time than expected .

This platform is a scam. I created 2 campaigns and not a single email was delivered. Tried calling and emailing their support, but no response.

I needed to call my bank to dispute the charge on my card.

I had worked with BulkResponse since 2017. This is the most knowledgable and helpful group of email messaging teams I have worked with. I would not have had my level of success without the team. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future.

Don't ever try to use this platform. I bought email credits and couldn't send any emails at all. The customer service did not respond and fix my problem. Basically they are a SCAMMER. I lost almost $100 buying their email credits but unable to use their platform. Don't go the same mistake I made. JUST DON'T USE BULKRESPONSE OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

One of the Best and most Ethical Email marketing companies out in this industry , They don't Ban you account straight away without cause . Instead they help you figure out how you can get better delivery by following the rules . Support is always there , helping me out with list import ,email reports ,sending campaigns etc . Plus pricing is highly affordable as i send high volumes and they also clean my lists for me .
