We would like to clarify the actual circumstances, as the content of your review does not accurately reflect the course of events surrounding your request.
Immediately after you contacted us, you were informed that we would not be able to process your transaction, and the reason for the refusal was clearly stated: PayPal accounts registered in Costa Rica are not supported for this particular service.
Despite receiving a clear explanation, you chose to continue an extended correspondence in an attempt to dispute this restriction. In particular, you argued that Costa Rica is allegedly a protectorate of the United States and that your PayPal account should therefore be treated as a US account. This claim has no factual basis. Moreover, attempts to present demonstrably incorrect information as an argument naturally raised additional concerns within our internal risk-management procedures.
Accordingly, continuing the correspondence after receiving an unequivocal explanation that the transaction could not be processed was entirely your own decision. In this context, the claim that our service allegedly “wasted your time” is difficult to reconcile with the actual sequence of events.
We would also like to address your statement that all such restrictions should be disclosed at the application stage. We do provide customers with the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to each service to the extent reasonably necessary to submit a request. However, it is neither practical nor reasonable to list every possible scenario that may arise during the processing and verification of a transaction. Doing so would make the service unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient for the majority of customers.
Furthermore, we cannot disclose specific details regarding our internal risk-assessment, security, and fraud-prevention mechanisms for obvious security reasons.
If it is important for you to receive prior confirmation that a specific transaction can be processed, any relevant characteristics of the payment should be clarified with our support team before submitting the request.
We would also like to point out that, following this incident, you have deliberately published reviews across multiple platforms in an apparent attempt to discredit our exchange service. Notably, the amount of time and effort you have spent continuing to publish and repeat these allegations appears to significantly exceed what would have been required to simply clarify the matter with our support team and resolve the underlying issue.
As a result of this situation and in accordance with our internal security and risk-management procedures, we will no longer be able to provide services to you. This restriction may also apply through affiliated or partner services.

They are scammers
They are scammers. I sent 343 dollars so that they could take out their fee and I can have "priority support" as they called it. They sent to my PayPal account 3 dollars and kept the rest of the 320. This is the worst website ever because they make you trust them, and then they break your trust. Be careful with your money and don't use bulldog. Believe me.

We find this review as a discredetation of our company and an attempt to damage our reputation.
The following facts are relevant to the finance operation
The following facts are relevant to the situation:
1) On September 24, I sent cryptocurrency to the exchange's account details.
2) On September 24, I received a “successful” exchange status.
3) On September 24, Wise sent the funds back (made a refund) to the sender's account details (exchange service).
4) I have a statement from my Wise account showing that the money was returned to the sender's account on September 24.
5) I have a statement from the sender's Revolut account (belonging to the exchange service) showing that the money was received on September 25.
6) I am asking the service to contact Revolut (where the money was sent to my Wise account and where the money was returned from Wise) to request clarification from Revolut regarding the current location of the returned money.
7) In fact, the statement dated September 25 contains information that the money was returned to the Revolut account (belonging to the exchange service).
8) The owner or administrator of the exchange service refuses to contact Revolut and request information about the location of the money that, according to the Revolut statement, was returned.
9) Instead of participating in resolving the issue and communicating with Revolut, the exchange service writes everything except reliable information.
10) The situation goes beyond a working solution and forces us to contact the police to find the funds, since the exchange is doing nothing to resolve the issue.

Our obligations are completed in full.
All your arguments are void because we never received a refund from you.
For some reasons you are not telling that you received an email from Wise saying that refund to our account was not successful.
Also, you are not mentioning that you are using Wise account, which you bought somewhere in web, and this account already had same problems with unsuccessful transactions.
We think that for the same reason you are not saying that your way of communication is extremely rude and disrespectful. You are not considering information we are providing to you in the tiniest details.
Moreover, we told you what to do, but you still didn't get an answer from Wise, who is actually the only one who can send the funds somewhere else, either to our account or your different one.
To sum up, we do not have a refund from you (statement provided), the funds are still on your blocked Wise account (they are not shown in your statement, because they are hold by Wise on their technical account). Your account is not on your name, it was bought in the internet, you already had the same problems. The issue is fully on your side and responsibility for all happening now as well.
So, we can say that you are trying to shift responsibility to us along with discrediting our service with untruthful comments.
Anyways, we are in touch to help you to solve the problem and will perform a refund in full after we receive the funds back.
