Exchange to UAH went good! The interface is super clear, the process was fast, and the support team was right there if needed. Really easy and pleasant experience overall.

Was my first exchange. And I was nervous that didn’t receive money instantly. It took 11 hours till I got my funds.

They are scammers. I sent 343 dollars so that they could take out their fee and I can have "priority support" as they called it. They sent to my PayPal account 3 dollars and kept the rest of the 320. This is the worst website ever because they make you trust them, and then they break your trust. Be careful with your money and don't use bulldog. Believe me.

The following facts are relevant to the situation:

1) On September 24, I sent cryptocurrency to the exchange's account details.

2) On September 24, I received a “successful” exchange status.

3) On September 24, Wise sent the funds back (made a refund) to the sender's account details (exchange service).

4) I have a statement from my Wise account showing that the money was returned to the sender's account on September 24.

5) I have a statement from the sender's Revolut account (belonging to the exchange service) showing that the money was received on September 25.

6) I am asking the service to contact Revolut (where the money was sent to my Wise account and where the money was returned from Wise) to request clarification from Revolut regarding the current location of the returned money.

7) In fact, the statement dated September 25 contains information that the money was returned to the Revolut account (belonging to the exchange service).

8) The owner or administrator of the exchange service refuses to contact Revolut and request information about the location of the money that, according to the Revolut statement, was returned.

9) Instead of participating in resolving the issue and communicating with Revolut, the exchange service writes everything except reliable information.

10) The situation goes beyond a working solution and forces us to contact the police to find the funds, since the exchange is doing nothing to resolve the issue.

I've withdrawn quite a bit over to PayPal with them. Ironically whilst they do not have any other reviews about them over the internet on places like Reddit or other forums; they are genuine. The service is a bit slow to pay out, but it's always within the window they give (anywhere from 24 - 72H depending on your transaction medium/method).

Highly recommend.
