My Bulldog Gear bench was delivered quickly and is great quality.
There was some damage in transit, but Bulldog Gear has a replacement part on its way to me now.

I ordered a load of kit for my garage gym and am blown away by the quality! I had always heard good reviews of Bulldog's kit but they don't do it justice.
To save on costs I went for the "cosmetic seconds" dumbbells and while there are a few imperfections, they still feel solid and look brilliant.

Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. My e-mail queries were answered promptly and the information was accurate.

Not my first Bulldog Gear purchase and certainly not my last. Would highly recommend their products for the quality.

My only slight gripe: the instructions were simple but some of the information needs updating. For example, M12 anchor bolts were recommended but the holes for the bolts were too tight for a M12 bolt.

This is something which is easily rectifiable and doesn't detract from a superb company and line of products.

I bought a 40kg sandbag and it was spot on…sturdy, easy to fill and feels tough and durable. I liked it so much I’ve ordered a 50kg bag and even got my wife involved and ordered her a 20kg bag to get started.

I was sent a written plan and you cant see the writing. Ive emailed them about this, and basically got a answer of we will make sure this is noted for future, so nothing changed and I have wasted £10.

The order didn’t arrive from the vendor within the timescales
I chased up and up and eventually got a response saying that they had a “system issue” and no apology.
The item is not the best quality so overall v disappointing and won’t be using bulldog ever again.

The zero 3 is class well made but very heavy especially in the crate. It was sent on a truck with one guy who had to wait for me to get home from work to help him lift it off the truck. Great machine terrible delivery method.

We live on an island in the Outer Hebrides that most companies don’t deliver to or charge just as much for delivery as for the product.
Bulldog Gear delivered and quick. The bench and new weights are big upgrade from previous and stop us having to venture out in the winter.

Ordered a dip station attachment, but arrived with missing parts. And the pdf assemble instructions for the 2.0 adjustable bench only has the cover page. Have tried contacting multiple times through email and phone to arrange refunds/replacement but only got radio silence. Very disappointing.
