Great product - great price with a speedy delivery time thrown in.

Ordered the parallette bars and found them to be easy to assemble - very sturdy and perfect for what I want them for!

Good quality

Trying to open a new gym. Your company is constantly out of stock. Then used a delivery company that cannot deliver items and now I’m missing items from my order and can never get hold of anyone?

More than happy with my 25Kg kettlebell! There was a problem with the delivery, contacted the customer service and they immediately sorted the situation out!

Definitely will order more from this shop! Can not wait ! :)

Aftercare sales is zero hate to say . Very disappointing

Excellent service & excellent equipment 👍👍

Great service and products

Great purchase, the quality in each kb is clear to be seen
Decent delivery time and kept well informed.

Efficiency

I raised money to update my personal training studio.
One of the pieces of equipment I paid for was the zero 2 dual adjustable pulley. I have had nothing but trouble with it. Within 6months of owning the equipment we have had 3 cables snap on it. The customer service team has been so with helping and are refusing to send a technician out to repair or see if there is an issue. I have slowly lost patience with the equipment and will be looking to get rid of it and hopefully replace at a large cost to myself. Would never order again from them.

Ordered cosmetic damage dumbbells and honestly would barely tell the difference. Really quick delivery, fantastic value for money, superb final product.

Avoid at all costs - kit not sold as advertised. When I asked to return due to the barbells not be sold as shown I was told I would need to ship back at my own cost.

Very pleased with the quality of the products & the efficiency of purchase & delivery

Speedy delivery, item as expected, sturdy and robust.
Instructions inside were easy to understand.
Also the item had a great discount so snapped them up!!!!

Quick delivery, great product. Very good quality and easy to assemble.

Great red band

Top tier, a Very good company

Great range of quality made gym equipment backed up by good order communication and delivery service, Hex 2 Dumbbells are brilliant and well worth the money, well made, well balanced and lots of weight options to suit every level of fitness and training needs.

The plates were faulty and just didn’t slide onto my barbell or storage holders. I had to send them a video so they could see the problem and agree to pay the return postage. I also got numerous AI generated responses to my emails before I got an actual person replying. I then asked for a different set of plates as a replacement but got sent the same ones. They are a bit better but not great but to be honest I couldn’t stomach trying to return them again. Real shame as I have other stuff from them which is great.

Bought 16KG & 24KG - Very solid competition kettlebell. The handle is smooth and comfortable for swings, cleans, and snatches. The bell feels well balanced and stable on the floor. The coating is durable and the size consistency makes technique training easier. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.
