Excellent customer service!
After browsing around online it made sense to go direct to the manufacturer for a replacement key or 2. I provided my key numbers and within a couple of weeks my 2 keys turned up. One worked and the other one didn't, they were for separate locks. I contacted Mark and he guided me through taking pictures of my original key so they could find the code. Turns out the pattern on my original key didn't match the code that was stamped on it. In the end I sent the key I had to Bulldog and Mark got it on a quick turnaround. They decided my key and etched in the correct code on 2 new keys for me to make ordering in the future a lot easier. Mark provided excellent customer service and I'll certainly be using Bulldog Secure again. Thanks Mark!

Guess emergencies are only dealt with Monday to Thursday.
Won't be using their products again if I have any choice.
I have several of your products, but in future I will purchase a different make.
Our vehicles deserve to be looked after by a company that actually cares, not one that has got too big to respond to customers!

Sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with your wheel clamp and for leaving us a 1 star review when it wasn't our company that you have tried to call. You have written the review for us as a Bulldog supplier but I think you have been trying to call the manufacturer - Bulldog Security Products Limited who close at 3pm on a Friday.... we are a separate company and don't have a phone line but instead offer support from 8am to 10pm 365 days a year via an online service.
In an attempt to help, on earlier models of the Titan/Centaur wheel clamp the lock when in the unlocked position is retained by the red plastic cap which also stops it from spinning. Over a period of time this may become loose and will require to be pushed back firmly against the face of the lock face with your finger or thumb and then try to lock / unlock.
If this doesn't work, get in contact with us at https://www.bulldogsecure.store/contact-support and we'll do all we can to help however to confirm we do not have a phone line so you haven’t been trying to call us.
Urgent order of replacement parts for wheel clamp.
Had to urgently order replacement parts for a 17 year old Bulldog wheel clamp. Mark couldn't have been more helpful. He confirmed which parts I needed to order, that they would be compatible with my older components, and expedited delivery. On arrival, the new parts were pre-assembled and fitted perfectly to the frame of my old wheel clamp: Literally just had to turn the key in the new lock and everything was secure again. Brilliant customer service: Thank you.

Wheel lock locked to wheel and lost key
I lost the key for a wheel lock but with the luck attached to the wheel. Mark from Bulldog Security Store was excellent from my initial contact - helpful and responsive. They removed the lock and shipped the wheel and lock back to me immediately. They replaced the bolt and provided two new keys. Five star service.

These guys are the best for service and quality. Emailed at just before 10pm one evening for advice on a wheel clamp for my motor home. I didn’t expect an answer until the next day but Mark messaged back within 3 minutes with full details on what would fit. I ordered the next day and in less than 24 hours UPS were knocking my door with the delivery. I got emails at every step of the order process along with a tracking reference and details of how to extend the warranty. These guys really do rock and come tops for service. I will use them now for all my Bulldog product orders.

Great locks and excellent customer service.
I put the bolt for my garage lock on top of my van and lost it somewhere.
My garage was left unsecure so I needed a replacement very quickly.
A lady called Emily was very helpful and posted the item I needed immediately.
Really good customer service. The locks are very good as well. Ive had that garage lock on for years and you would have a job breaking into my garage. No one has atrempted it and a few other garages have been broken into on my estate.

The Best Wheel Clamp & Customer Service Ever!!!
After researching the best wheel clamps for Campervans I decided on the Bulldog DC400 Autoclamp for my new VW Transporter 6.1. The Clamp is insurance approved so it offers additional peace of mind. Unfortunately, despite it being a large clamp it did not fit my VW Transporter 6.1 as the tyre size is 275/40/ZR20. I contacted Emily at Bulldog about the issue and to my amazement I received a call from the MD Julien who said that they could make extended arms at cost and have them to me in a matter of days. This was late Thursday afternoon and I received them on Tuesday. Literally a few days later. What outstanding customer service. I have purchased thousands of items over the last 30+ years but this is the best customer service experience by a mile. If you're thinking of purchasing a new wheel clamp you can’t go wrong with Bulldog.

Outstandingly high quality product and customer service.
I chose a Bulldog wheel clamp for my trailer as the company has an excellent reputation for quality products. I contacted Bulldog Secure as although I bought the correct clamp size to fit the wheel, the clamp didn't fit as expected. Having sent photos of the tyre/wheel measurements, it turned out that the tyre size of my trailer was smaller than the size stated on the tyre (?!?). Although there was no fault with the product (only my tyre), Bulldog Secure were extremely helpful and offered to provide me with a custom made fitting for the clamp to ensure it fitted correctly and was secure. The part was provided free of charge and I was only asked to cover the cost of postage. Outstanding customer service, prompt replies and delivery, helpful advice - all round excellent customer support. Very highly recommended. Thank you.

Excellent service and prompt replies to any queries which arose. I did have a part which had been damaged in making process and emailed on a Sunday to report and got a reply that day which I was surprised. The part was replaced within 2 day. The quality of the product was above what I had expected.

Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a new cover for my clamp. Within an hour I had an email from customer service, letting me know there had been a design change to the lock and to confirm which cover I was replacing. Within a short time Emily identified the cover I ordered was no longer available, updated my order to a new style cover and lock that it needed and made sure it all went out in the same order. Great customer service, which is much appreciated.
