This company sucks. They had my brother's address for the shipping address, even though I'd been buying products from them for a while, and wouldn't change the shipping even though I notified them right away of the mistake. Mediocre products to begin with.

AWFUL customer service. I’ve tried to get into contact with them multiple times to discuss an issue with a product I’d ordered and they never got back to me.

Delivered well and works well

I’ve been a customer of Bulldog Skincare, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I ordered multiple facewash. It wasn't exactly what I expected and immediately requested a return and followed all the proper steps.

I returned the item on 21st March 2025 and provided proof of posting. It is now nearly a month later, and I’ve yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and even sending screenshots to highlight how difficult it is to reach customer support through their website, I’ve received no resolution.

Instead of a helpful response, I was stuck in a loop of automated AI replies that never addressed the issue properly. I had to resend the same message multiple times and cc various emails just to try and get someone to notice.

This level of service is simply unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on being customer-friendly and straightforward. A refund should not take this long, and communication should be clear and human when a customer has gone out of their way to return an item properly.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Bulldog Skincare. If you care about reliable service and easy returns, you may want to reconsider before ordering.

Purchased Bulldog Cedarwood and Tonka Bean shower gel from Tesco. The smell is awful, smells like damp plaster drying.

Its been nearly 10 days and they haven't shipped my order and there is not an easy way to get in contact with them.

Al round great products the moisturizer smells nice and most importantly the Mrs thinks so and the razors last a good few rounds and are a good price.
Will be sticking with bulldog products as long as they keep it up.

I like the products but put an order in december, over 2 months later still nothing received. When I track the delivery, items never left the company...
Tried to contact in order to cancel, no answer except by a cheap Artificial Intelligence.
I hope either to get my money back or (I am probably dreaming) receive the product.
Not so sure the site is legitimate...

i ordered 1st of december Order #2115 , then i received an email, stating there will be a delay due to high stress. so far so good. 12.th of december i received a mail, stating the order is shipped. now its the 30. december, no delivery so far and on top of all, the Tracking-number seems to be invalid from begin of.

It’s a real shame that I’ve had to give this a single star as the products are decent. I usually buy them in store so don’t have to rely on their delivery service. I’ve seen from other reviews that this is an issue and having seen who their delivery ‘partner’ is, I’m now not in the least surprised. Order made on 14/12 for Christmas, item never received and no response from their customer service team despite 3 attempts. Wasn’t a big order so the £ isn’t ultimately the issue and ended up ordering the same items last minute from Amazon and items received within 48 hours. Dreadful service from Bulldog.

Love your products but the customer service is horrible and the shipping is worse. Ordered some products a week ago and I haven’t been updated on anything. Some of those items were a Xmas gift for my friend but now I have to scrabble and get them something else cause the products haven’t arrived. Contacted customer support but still haven’t heard from them. If an order is going to be late at least inform me cause it’s frustrating not knowing where my items are. I feel as if I have been scammed and had I know this would happened I wouldn’t have ordered from you but I guess my ignorance got the best of me since I thought I could trust this company.

Absolutely fustrated! Order placed 29/11 out with their delivery partner Yodel from 5/12 apparently ‘missed me’ 3 times changed it to pick up from depot as it shouldn’t take 9 days to be delivered and now the yodel app keeps changing the day I can pick it up yesterday was Thursday and now it’s Friday . Come on Bull Dog customer services where are you? I know I’ve asked for help but nothing forthcoming. Don’t recommend online shopping with this retailer!

Well wondered news I got a full refund and as a gesture of goodwill the products and free delivery…guess who will deliver it… the company that has failed for days…. Bull Dog customer services a great come back but an incredible fail I get to see experience more failed delivery attempts 😞 how about a more reliable delivery partner 🤷🏻‍♀️

I purchased a few packs of Bull Dog razor blades as they were on a limited time special offer at my local Tesco (50% off) Big mistake the quality of the blades is very poor, more cuts in my face in a weeks shaving than I have had in the past 50 years of shaving. The blades are are totally blunt drag through the skin rather than glide, a totally horrible and painful experience. I also purchased the Bull Dog shaving gel and found that to be totally lacking, does nothing to lubricated the shave or moisturise your skin and I ended up using hand soap along with the gel to help improve the experience. Both products are absolutely terrible quality and not fit for purpose in my opinion. Be warned do not waste your money and save yourself some money on sticking plasters.

The Bulldog moisturiser makes my eyes water terribly when Ive rubbed it into my face. I also then had a proper allergic reaction to it the 2nd time I used it. I had to wash it off my face both times to stop the allergic reaction.

Online order of £63.27 placed on 02/12/24 and arrived in full on 08/12/24. Can't fault the online service nor the quality of the products which are competitively priced. Bulldog Skincare shall be my go to in future.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering from this company. It's a month since my order and I've received nothing despite trying to follow up, just silence. Following up isn't easy, no phone numbers, just an email address. I did get an auto-generated email asking me how I was enjoying their product though 🙄. This really is a company with an awful after sales offer, and I have no idea whether the products are any good because of that.

I found the face cream has a moldy musty smell, I have bought several types and same smell. The shave gel was watery and didn't foam up .

Bought a deodorant and loved the smell so much this was going to be my new go-to. Went to use it for the 3rd time and the aerosol can is broken. No way to contact Bulldog. Now have a useless can of liquid and no way to get it out. Will not use any Bulldog products again.

Placed an order over two months ago (#66071) and I've received no products. Tried to contact customer support multiple times and never got a response. I've used Bulldog products and I like them but I currently feel like I threw my money away and this seems to be a fairly common experience for online customers.

I ordered 2 Premium body care bundles which includes shower gel, shampoo, hand cream, body lotion and deodorant. All i got delivered was 1 shower gel and 2 deodorants. My order number is Order #70094. I just sent them a message but looking at all the bad reviews I doubt i will get an answer. I will wait for a bit but if i don’t receive all the products I ordered i will definitely contact Ombudsman. This is unacceptable.
