The editor made some nice adjustments to my documents making it easier to digest. There were a few minor things that I had to change. Due to time I had to do them myself but Bullet Proofreading offered to have a look at minor changes which was an excellent bit of customer service.

I’ve used a few proofreading services in the past and the best ones are the ones who recognise that a proofing job may need quick second read (surprisingly some companies won’t do this). This was a major plus for me and I will be using Bullet Proofreading again in the future.
