I really appreciate the website that is easy to navigate. Great selection of bullion. Shipping was very fast and well packaged.

I placed an order online and was charged $16 only to find out you using Canada Post. Canada Post sucks. The postman couldn't be bothered walking down the hall to my apartment and have me sign off on the package. I had to later go pick it up at the outlet. I was home and waiting for the guy. I will never use you guys again.

Ripped off by Canada Post delivery scam, like many others. This company is completely compromised. They took the order, sent me tracking info, and then it was "delivered" to someone else. BM said they would start a Canada Post ticket or whatever, and I have never heard anything else from them. The purchase was in early April, 2025. They burned me for 15 maples and it cost me $765. The real beauty of this scam is that the receiver cannot file a ticket with Canada Post, and due to privacy laws, they cannot tell you if BM received anything from them. It is a really perfect scam system they have going on.

My order was late and I had to change it because you did not have it in stock finaly.

Plus, you charged me for delivery and a week or so later, you started to deliver for free... a bit frustating...

I had good communication with Bullion Mart. They kept in touch with me when Canada Post was on strike to see if there was an alternative way to send my order. Lucky for me Canada Post resumed from the strike and my order was sent at once.

Although Blion Mart offers excellent products, it often takes quite a long time to receive an order after it has been placed. I hope the company will take into consideration the feelings of customers who eagerly look forward to receiving the items they desire.

Good service-somewhat classy!phone call conversation a little difficult also one of the coin was not in stock for some reason so I picked up another one and cash difference was returned all at once fast with the order very happy 😃

All was great service and shipping accept for one thing,I received the wrong 10oz bar and notified Bullion mart right away,I know with so much is going on with shipping and orders,mistakes can happen,Just waiting for them to apply to what they promised me.

Untrustworthy, do not do business with this company. BE AWARE because they might trick you into losing alot of money.
And BECAREFUL buying & selling anything with them in store or delivery because you will get scam and lose your money. Many many peoples also have that problems... BE AWARE !!!!!

I ordered a gold bar from Bullion Mart, but I never received it. Tracking showed it was picked up by someone else, though I never authorized anyone to collect it. I filed a police report (which is now closed) and contacted Canada Post, who confirmed that only the sender (Bullion Mart) can pursue a delivery claim. Canada Post also informed me that the claim amount had already been reimbursed to Bullion Mart.

Despite this, Bullion Mart has refused to issue a refund or replacement, and my reminders to their team (including Rachel) have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, the value of gold has increased since my purchase, causing me additional loss.

I have since discovered that many other customers report the same issue — parcels “delivered” or picked up by others, with Bullion Mart refusing responsibility. This pattern is deeply concerning.
