Great service and fair competitive pricing. A+

Ordered online; most of what I was interested in was out of stock. After placing my order, finding my way on the website about how to execute my chosen payment option was not straightforward. I was lucky I printed to pdf the instructions that appeared when I placed my order because I was unable to find it on the website afterwards. After making my payment, I received a not-directly related Lifelock alert that I associated with the processing of my payment. After emailing info@BullionMax, Sean emailed me and cleared up my concern. My order finally arrived 2 weeks after the order. I'm happy with the overall experience.

Had to do 2 wire transfers and lost about 100 dollars doing that, had no idea that the companys address was all the way at the bottom of the email in the ad, it should be together with the information needed to send a wire transfer, it also took from march 28 to april 13th for my wire transfer to be confirmed when it should take 1 to 3 buisness days to confirm that the payment was received, the cool guys on the customer service helped me out the 2md wire transfer, but it was an ugly situation waiting for it to be confirmed and then coming to terms i lost 2,602.40 dollars. Not to mention they didn't get answer back to any of my emails so it was all stressful and nerve racking, glad i got the 80 eagles and they were 2013s but holy moly what a ride.

Ordered the 100 mg Gold North American Gray Wolf Aurum® Note on March 29th. The Note arrive on April 6th. The Gray Wolf Aurum looks much better in person than on the computer screen

First time buying silver anywhere, buying online and having it delivered I was a little apprehensive. But the whole process was smooth and my silver arrived as expected. I will use BullionMax again in the future and I recommend them.

Great selection of items with good prices. I've made 3 purchases so far from BullionMax. Very happy with the service and shipping. BullionMax was the very first company I purchased coins and bars from since I started collecting in February. I will continue to buy from them as they are trustworthy and professional.

It has been great so far on my short part of things that I see a great small faith trust bin the whole financial to insurance along with the critiquing of things on standards of people first hand better without the blindness.

I am happy to receive my Silver Britannia Coin. I will be getting more when the time comes to get the Liberty Lady coin.

BullionMax has a fantastic selection of precious metals in all different forms. They also have a great selection of ancient coins. Shipping is fast and I've never had a problem.

The various payment options weren't explained and I wasn't crazy about delivery options. Sales person was attentive however and very good at responding to phone calls.

Easy to find the Silverbacks I was looking for and BullionMax had them in stock at a decent price. Easy to order and shipping was reasonable. Ordered 1/21 and received them on 2/1 about 12 days. I have already ordered again from BullionMax and will continue to do so in the future.
