Terrible support

Terrible support. Zero help. In Hungary, the service attitude is shockingly poor – I was treated disrespectfully and looked down on. Horrible customer experience. Never buying Bulls again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Don't buy a Bulls E-bike

Don't buy a Bulls E-bike. I did and every time it rains the engine stops. At the dealer in the Netherlands ( Amsterdam) they say, it's a typical Bulls problem because the connection of the battery is on the outside of the bike. I contacted Bulls factory Germany, they send me a list of nominated service dealers. When I checked if it is correct if kwikFit is a naminated repair dealer they said no, however....on the list of nominated service dealers is Kwikfit.
Reality, I bought a e-bike in The Netherlands of 4k euro and it seems not to work in wet weather. Worst service ever experienced.

I had a Vuca bike

I had a Vuca bike. which got stolen. I asked Bulls to put the frame number out to the dealer network as to operate it the thief needs a charger and an electronic key. Bulls won't do it.
Not interested in helping customers who spent 8.500 euros on a Bulls bike. NEVER AGAIN Bulls.

I purchased a 2021 bulls mountain bike…

I purchased a 2021 bulls mountain bike EVO stream 4 am. I’m happy with the bike’s capabilities but it’s a nightmare to get replacement parts in the US. Now I wish I would have bought a different brand with available support.

I’ve had nothing but a horrible…

I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience with Bulls. I purchased one of there high end bikes last year. The battery will not stay even when it’s locked it, it can randomly fall out while you’re riding. It’s now been in the shop since June (4 months) and I still can’t get a straight answer on when they intend to fix or replace my bike. If you’re in the market for an eBike, STAY AWAY FROM BULLS!

Wilde Edge 2 from 2017, bearings are worn and needs to be replaced, axle is broken.
No parts available, so for me no Bulls anymore, ridiculus company!!

Totally disappointed by Bulls bike

Totally disappointed by Bulls bike, a part of the frame of my WildEdge from 2015 is damaged. Answer of the support: too old no parts available. After only 6 years, my bike is good to be thrown in the trash 3500/6years=600€ by year lost. A SHAME. !! NEVER BUY THIS BRAND !!
