They took my money, delivered them to the wrong place, told me the investigation into where my bully sticks went would take a month but they'd send me a replacement (because they're so trustworthy with being able to deliver to the right place) and refused to give me a refund. Beware, they don't care a lick about their customers, just your money.

I’ve never been more disappointed with a company’s customer service. My recent experience with Bully Bunches was incredibly frustrating. The product I received did not match the photos or description on their website and is unusable for my small dog.

Instead of acknowledging the issue or taking responsibility, they insisted I pay for return shipping.

The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue really says a lot about how they value customers. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who expects honesty or reliable support.

The chews are great my dogs definitely like them but their “sales” are a joke and frankly a scam! No matter what the sale is, the price is always the same as what I paid the month before at full price. They just charge the “amount saved”. Last month I bought the 72 stick bundle and paid $207. This month with their “Black Friday 40% of sale” they show a “savings of $103” and my invoice shows as “$229”. lol. This happens every time I see a sale. I’m so done with them! Gonna get them at Costco!

So they have a sale and will not honor the price when they have not shipped my order! Do not buy from them! Bad customer service!
