Ordered a couple times ,always great service and great quality dog accessories.

Prompt delivery service, the collar is a lovely fit and the leads are comfortable to use

Only bought due to a credit note for a very weak harness I purchased.
Was the only thing I could buy as choice was rubbish.
Customer services is appalling not surprised they are closing down.

First time using this company. The collar is perfect great quality. I have just also ordered a matching lead from here too

I ordered 2 weeks ago, i havent received any tracking number or anything .. im frustrated not knowing when will my collars arrive or anything

Have looked at a lot of collars and bought a couple where sizing on sites weren't correct and arrived in poor quality I received the collar from Bullyrange and arrived as described and fitted my XL Bully perfect with plenty of room left if his next extends in future the collar is extremely good quality and excellent mounting for the lead I have and my dog is comfortable wearing it when walking item arrived really quickly with tracking provided would highly recommended this company if you own a XL bully

Appalling Customer Service.
Purchased No-Pull Harness & Lead for £49.49 on May 25th 2024 it was delivered on 30th May 2024.
11th October I noticed the stitching was failing and coming unstitched, emailed with photographs. No response, resent email 14th no response resent 15th only to be told wear and tear because my puppy has worn it everyday for 5 months!! I’ve only had it for 133 days which isn’t 5 months. Then it was because he plays with other dogs and rolls around on the ground. It’s illegal for him to play with other dogs and he’s not allowed to roll around on the ground due to fox poo!
Then they claim it’s wear and tear because I’ve had it nearly 6 months. Again 133 days is neither 5 months or nearly 6 months, so their statements are clearly untrue.
Sold for strong dogs, my dog was 2 years old on 17th October so this certainly isn’t suitable for strong dogs if the stitching comes undone after 133 and it’s not been used on all these days.
Inadequate stitching, poor quality and not fit for purpose.
If the stitching had got worse and I hadn’t noticed and it snapped whilst walking my puppy and he was loose in public, through no fault of mine or his he would have been taken away and put to sleep.
All because I was miss sold a harness that’s not fit for purpose.
This company just don’t care, I hope for their sake and owners that buy these poor quality harnesses that no dogs get loose and end up being put down due to the poor quality stitching and the sellers of these harnesses owning up to it and stop selling harnesses not fit for purpose.
Unfortunately I can’t add the photographs showing the poor stitching coming undone in several places.
BUYERS BEWARE.

Very strong collar I got the 5cm martingale collar the dog seem happy I can check him when needed and with it been so thick I’m not worried about it hitting his neck quick release lead is very handy it’s abit on the large size even tho i followed the size chart but he’s only 13 months so he will grow into it

I have to XL Bullies and with this harness they walk to heel perfectly, they both find the harness comfortable and it actually makes them feel safe & secure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Once sorted out they fit good , not that impressed by the lead but good price for the harnesses.bit of faf to fit . but hey good quality harnesses .
