I booked in with Helen when my 8 week old continued to be fussy while breastfeeding and I knew something wasn’t quite right. Helen fully assessed my daughter and although she had a very slight tongue tie, advised that seeing an osteopath would resolve matters fully over cutting her tie. I was able to book in to see an osteopath the following day who confirmed Helen’s diagnosis was correct and our feeding issues have been resolved. I’m extremely grateful for Helen’s knowledge

Helen was brilliant and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter was flagged as having tongue tie at birth and Helen came highly recommended. She talked us through everything, pros/cons of the tongue tie procedure and made us feel very at ease throughout it all. Very glad we went to see her.

Helen was so knowledgable and had all of the answers to my questions and concerns regarding breastfeeding, over supply and tongue tie. When discussing tongue tie division she empowered me to make an informed decision, providing pros/cons and risk statistics. She then followed up to see how things were going and offered further advice.

Helen was fantastic, super informative and really put our minds at ease as soon as we arrived. She was also really knowledgeable and made the procedure seem look easy! Too early to tell on the results but hoping to see a vast improvement in the not too distant future.

A few weeks on, baby has gained a lot more weight so feeding has shown a significant improvement.

Absolutely amazing service, she was very understanding about the anxiety’s around the procedure but was happy to explain and re-assure me it was safe and beneficial for my son to have it done, she made it feel comfortable and safe environment for both me and my son and was happy to answer any questions I had. Helen was simply brilliant! She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took time to explain what she was doing and why and then gave us clear pros and cons to the procedure before giving us space to decide how best to move forward. When it came to the procedure, she was efficient and thorough which meant my little one was only a little upset and was soon smiling at her again. I would highly recommend Helen as we felt safe and listened to.

We went to see Helen as I had some breastfeeding concerns and whilst my son was gaining weight, he had been dropping centiles since birth. Helen assessed his tongue and advised us that he has a very prominent gag reflex and struggled to lateralise his tongue to the left. This was extremely helpful to know as my son has struggled to drink with a bottle or use a dummy and we had a potential reason for it. Helen gave us some exercises to do with our son to help with this. Helen gave us advice on positioning and how to get a deeper latch and suggested switch feeding which has been really beneficial. Helen is very knowledgable and I have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to do so to others. She delivered the information in a way that both my husband and I understood and she followed up with a detailed email of the session which I really appreciated. We recently got our son weighed and for the first time since he was born he has actually moved up the centiles which is so encouraging. Thank you Helen for your help on our breastfeeding journey, we are very grateful.

I took my daughter to see Helen as I thought my daughter may be tongue tied, this started after weaning as she was struggling to swallow foods. I had been to see my GP and told her mouth looked normal and to persevere.
Helen advised she was in fact and went through all our options and clearly explained the procedure/risks and healing process, we went ahead with the division which took a second and my daughter took a bottle straight after.
Helen sent me a report and said she will message me in the next few days to see how she is getting on. It’s only been a few hours and my daughter is already less fussy drinking a bottle. I’m hoping this will improve her eating solids going forward. Would 100% recommend Helen.
