Ordered flowers for delivery on Monday 16 March. At 10:20am on the day of delivery, they called to say they needed to make changes to the flowers, which I approved. I asked clearly if they were still being delivered that day because they had to arrive on the 16th, and I was told yes.
They advertise delivery on time with care, but the flowers were not delivered and I received no call, no message, no notification, nothing.
They also advertise 24 hour customer service. On Monday 16 March from 6:00pm onwards I tried contacting them and it took hours to get any response, and when I finally did, it was basically an automated robot reply.
By Tuesday 17 March at 2:20pm, I still had no confirmation of delivery. When I called, I was put on hold for a while. I also got the impression I was speaking to someone overseas, despite them advertising as 100% Australian, and I was then told they were meant to be delivered Monday but will probably now be delivered Wednesday. That is not acceptable when I paid for Monday delivery.
I also couldn’t be put through to a manager or anyone in the store who could resolve it. Very poor service and communication. Don’t waste your money.
Its now 445pm 19/3/26 STILL no delivery

Wouldn’t use this company again, ordered flowers Thursday night, paid $120 for delivery next day - 4 attempts to get through to customer service Friday afternoon, when finally got though they had no idea who the flowers were ordered through. Emailed them Monday morning, no reply. Called again Monday midday- still no answers. Promised follow up which didn’t happen. Small, unimpressive bunch (not in a mason jar as advertised), delivered Monday night. A bunch from supermarket would have been better. Save your money, time and stress.

My flowers were never delivered, and when I followed up via the online chat I was told they had been handed to “guys delivering meats,” which makes absolutely no sense considering the recipient lives in a secure unit block. After that message, the chat simply stopped responding.
I then called the customer service helpline hoping to get some clarity, but the service I received was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the representative immediately tried to blame me, insisting I must have entered the wrong address.
I was even asked to send a screenshot/photo of the house to prove the address.
Not only were the flowers never delivered, but the lack of accountability and the dismissive, unhelpful customer service made the situation even more frustrating. I would strongly reconsider using this company again.

UPDATE: have called the helpline twice today for some assistance with my order and had zero help. Been told that managers and supervisors do not speak to customers over the phone. Once an investigation is complete I “may” be offered a “ partial” refund. The company delivered to the wrong address which they have proof of. So now I’ll be out of pocket because your delivery team delivered it to the wrong house.

This is a misleading company who eludes to using local florists.
The flowers are also supposed to be same day delivery. They arrived 2.5 days later IN A CLOSED BOX via Australia Post from a destination that most certainly is not local. They arrived half wilted and with a horrible stench from being shut in a box decaying. I do not recommend this company.

Chat team ensured me that they’re a florist in the town I was delivering to, only to find that it comes from a warehouse somewhere else and because of this, could not be delivered as it’s a “overnight” delivery location. Was not informed this when purchasing the flowers and was ensured delivery would be fine. Don’t lie to customers about where you are located. Don’t confirm that the flowers will definitely be delivered then notify me on the afternoon of the delivery day that they cannot be delivered. So I couldn’t arrange flowers with a local florist.
Edit: they responded to this rating saying they called and left a voicemail. Lies! Never got a call, then when I called and asked for a supervisor, they said I can’t speak to one and they’ll call me back. Still haven’t heard anything.

This company is a scam. They’ve got another site called bloomex as well. I ordered from both unfortunately and that’s how I found out. The flowers look nothing like the pictures! Absolute rip off ‘

I placed an order for delivery on Monday 09/03. It didn't get delivered so I called 4 times the following day to ensure it was on board for delivery which I was assured it was. It never arrived. I advised to cancel it because the recipient was leaving town the following day and would not be there to received it any longer. It still hasn't arrived and I still haven't received any response or credit 2 days later.

I ordered online first time for my friend birthday last Saturday sane day delivery. No flowers were received same day . So I called the contact number. They don’t contact me and they don’t communicate me at all . They said the can’t deliver Saturday only when call late evening and they can only deliver next week ( not sure which dates ) . So I asked for full refund and they refused to give my refund and they said they will only give refund for delivery fee . My friends received flowers and not the flowers I ordered from their website, I ordered expensive roses with glass vases but my friend received today with awful cheap quality terrible flowers . This website is Scammer. Please only use local florists . The worst experience I ever had

Very disappointing Ordered flowers on Wednesday the 4th of March to be delivered the next day Thursday the 5th of March which was my Mother inlaws 60th Birthday 60TH!! Spent over 100 and something bucks on the indulgence package! It’s now Monday the 9th of March and she still hasn’t received her flowers! Claim to be same day delivery which alone is false advertising! I should have read the reviews first before purchasing I will not be using this store again and will definitely recommend others not to use them too! Can’t believe it this was my first ever time purchasing flowers too and this had to be the experience i got!
Edit: She finally received the flowers this afternoon and let me tell you! They literally are not what was in the picture just a couple of dead flowers that look like they were picked from the rubbish very upsetting considering the amount i paid this website is a scam! I even rang the call centre and they refused to refund me! Feel sorry for all the people who have been scammed! wish i could post a picture of what I got 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Digusting is an understatement.

I would never use this company again. I ordered flowers in advance to be delivered on Thursday to my mum. She said on Friday afternoon and she received a card in her mailbox to say they were at the post office. I contacted the company and they said according to their records the flowers hadn’t even been delivered yet. I asked why two days after the delivery date they hadn’t been delivered and he just said ‘I don’t know’ they said we can re-issue you flowers but they won’t be for another three days… absolutely ridiculous. It took me three people on the phone and two phone calls to even get an answer about my order. Absolutely useless.

The website said same day and next day flower deliveries. I emailed From You Flowers when the order was only collected by courier late afternoon of the date it was meant to be delivered. The email bounced saying the inbox was full. The flowers did not look anything like the photos online, granted they still look nice but not as advertised. The vase delivered was found to be cracked on arrival and leaked a significant amount of water in the recipient’s home. The recipient contacted Bloomex as that was the name on the packaging (unknown to me). They were asked to send photos of the damage and told Bloomex could offer a $20 store credit and would email me. I received nothing. I tried to email again following the process of refunds on their website. The email bounced again, saying the inbox was full. I called From You Flowers who said the recipient requested a store credit (not true, that was all Bloomex said they could offer) and that they could refund me but not for $20, only for a lesser value as “the vase is not worth that much” but could not disclose the amount as management have to assess this. When I asked to speak to management it was declined. After going round in circles and being spoken over multiple times to repeat the same script they use , I was told that management don’t have phone lines and would only email me their decision in 24-48 hours. If I want to call them, I cannot. I asked for head office details and the operator said they did not understand my question. Then I was told the information is on the website (which it is not) and to look it up myself. When I refuted that I was given Bloomex’s customer care email only. I asked why and was told they are “partners”. What could have been a simple customer service conversation to rectify their errors (damaged, late and different product than ordered), has now left me in limbo waiting for a “management response” as the matter “had to be escalated. Would not recommend or use again. I intentionally do not use Bloomex as I also had bad experiences in the past so had I known this company was a “partner” I would not have used them.

Delivered to the incorrect address, The flowers were squashed and almost dead inside the box, The hamper had homebrand Black & Gold Biscuits. Not worth the money.

I should have read the reviews first, phone customer service was good, I was advised that the local florist in the area where my delivery was going would get it delivered on the requested day, and I would get email confirmation, no confirmation, delivery was 2 days late and email to them bounced back bc mailbox was full, I don’t see the point in saying “same day or next day delivery” to then deliver two days late

Honestly if I could give a 0 star review I would
The flowers were NOT at all what I had ordered, looked completely different to the photo and overall were a horrible bunch of flowers
They got delivered late even though they have a same day delivery promise (I had also ordered the day before I needed)
I am so disappointed with the service and flowers and I will never order or recommend this company to anyone

Delivery never occurred and I had to contact them to which they explained the driver had an issue they would need hours to find out. I simply wanted to know if the delivery might still occur “tonight” as it was for a special occasion to which was replied “the longer we are on this phone call most likely no” their service is terrible! Their communication via email also terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ordered flowers for my sister who was starting a new job the next day. They didn't show up and I wasn't notified of the delay. Once I found a number to call, the support lady was quite nice & explained that it had been delayed & that they were adding 2x boutique gifts as compensation. When they did arrive the next day, the flowers looked a week old, droopy & brown around the edges & the "boutique gifts" were 2x mini packets of chips. Very disappointed!

Do not use this company!!! They took my money but did not deliver the flowers! They sent an email saying it would take three to four days to deliver when the address was in a major city. When there was no delivery I rang. The staff were rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a refund staff said they would be in touch and hung up!!
