Terrible Customer Service via phone +…

Terrible Customer Service via phone + email. Failure to deliver on time which failed the intended purpose. Was advised a credit/ refund would be received however whenever I follow up they just send a generic email to select credit or refund. Flowers are definitely overpriced for what they are.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible to deal with! Spent over $140 on a nice arrangement and a gift box that was never delivered to the recipient on the designated date. When I called to understand why they couldn’t tell me and said they’d get someone to get back to me. 4 days later they still have not and when I called again to follow up and request a full refund of my money they said they would get someone to call me back. Again they never did. So now here I am 5 days later waiting for someone to give me my money back so I can pay for flowers to send to my loved one more than 5 days after their birthday.
Terrible service! Save yourself time and avoid going through these guys and go directly to a local florist. Much easier to deal with!!

I ordered flowers for my mother’s…

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and they never arrived. I’ve made a request for a refund. This company is a scam. I wish I had of checked there reviews before using. Do not make the same mistake as me.

I’m not putting my personal details in my review for you to find my order. You were emailed regarding the non delivery of this order and I’m yet to get a reply. Perhaps you should monitor your company emails more diligently than your negative reviews.

Very disappointed

I decided to order from this website as it stated Nelson now has same-day deliveries if you order before 1pm. I ordered at 9am and got an email at 4:30pm saying the shipping would happen the next day instead. I was a bit confused at the false advertising but thought oh well I guess. Then they turned up today. They look absolutely nothing like he picture there is about 5 flowers mixed in with greenery. I am very disappointed having to pay $115 all together for the fast shipping and not even getting that. They look like they are worth about $50. I have brought better flowers from new world. I do not recommend ordering flowers from here.

NEVER use this company

NEVER use this company. I too ordered flowers to be delivered for mothers day and they did not arrive for 2 days after. I tried to call 4 times but kept getting hung up on. The flowers are NOTHING like I ordered and look like they can from a service station.

Non delivery / refund refused

My daughter ordered flowers for me for mothers day, to be delivered last Sunday. Today is Wednesday and still no delivery has been received. To further insult us, theyre refusing to give my daughter a refund.
In addition to this, they told my daughter l had to be home to receive them, so l spent my mothers day waiting. I waited all day and didnt get to do anything l wanted to do.
Never use this company. Theyre over priced and steal your money and your time.

Ordered flower for mothers day

Ordered flower for mothers day. Paid $19.95 for delivery. Not delivered at all!!
Wlrang for an update to be told they were delivered may 13th (3 days later) at 2am in the morning. Still NO flowers and no help from company when called, barley speak English

I purchased flowers for my mum for mother's day i placed order and paid i recieved 0 communication from them despite them claiming they emailed me i recieved initial email with order number but no further correspondence. When order didnt arrive on date i requested at time of order i was told they were not able to service area and a refund would be issued within 10 days , its just not good enough my mum waited all day because I told her a package would be arriving today to her receive nothing customer service is poor in my opinion and if I could give 0 stars I would i definitely will not recommend or purchase from this business again

Never received order. Company has ghosted me after requesting refund

Order flowers on the 02/05 to be delivered on Mother’s Day the 10/05. It is now 3 days past Mother’s Day and my mum still hasn’t received a response.
I have reached out to the supplier, after one initial response, they have no completely ghosted me and are ignoring my request for a refund. Haven’t ever been more disappointed in a business and their customer service. Avoid using this website at all cost

Crappy flowers - missed delivery

Dodgy. Poor flowers, delivered late and not what I ordered. No refund provided. An overwhelming bad and disappointing experience. Steer clear. Cheap and nasty and I wish I’d read these reviews prior to using them. UPDATE: these guys had heard from me several times (and responded to me) prior to my review here. Now they’re offering me $20. They’re missing the point, the flowers were awful. Steer clear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If I could give a 0 star I would.

They delivered a day later than scheduled. They arrived completely dead and limp on a bone dry piece of foam. AND they were the completely wrong bunch!!!!

To top it all off - they wouldn’t give me a refund. So I’ve had to go through my bank.

TERRRRRRIBLE!

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mum in the USA from Australia through FromYouFlowers, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The flowers delivered looked NOTHING like the photo advertised online. The arrangement was much smaller, had far fewer flowers, and looked cheap and poorly put together.

What made it even worse was that more than half of the flowers were already dead on arrival. The edges of the pink roses were turning green, many flowers were wilted- only 3 of carnations looked fresh, and the entire arrangement looked old and poorly handled. It was honestly embarrassing to send something in that condition to my mum on Mother’s Day.

This was supposed to be a special gift to make my mum feel loved and appreciated, but instead it completely ruined the occasion and left her disappointed. Companies like this should understand that they are part of important life moments, and poor quality flowers and terrible service can genuinely ruin someone’s day when it should be making their day special.

To make matters worse, my mum called the customer service number on the card and was promised a replacement arrangement would be delivered that same day. Nothing arrived. No follow-up, no apology, no communication.

I also emailed the company directly and received no reply at all.

I wish Trustpilot allowed photo attachments because the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered is shocking.

Very disappointing product, terrible customer service, and completely unreliable. I would never order from this company again and would strongly warn others to avoid them if you care about sending quality flowers for a special occasion.

If you are buying flowers

If you are buying flowers, I suggest you DO NOT use this company.
I thought I had contacted a florist shop but is was actually an online store.
After pitiful customer service and being lied to on more than one occasion, my mum never received her flowers on Mothers Day.
They refused to refund my money and offered a store credit. I said why would I want a store credit when you couldn’t even deliver my initial order.
I have learnt my lesson and will always go through a shop with a street address.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They are an offshore company with no customer service. They lie about delivery dates. When you try to track the delivery, no one knows where it is, and they make excuses about warehouses, etc. Do not use this service, they are an unethical company and will take your money, and you may or may not get your delivery. The order finally came and it was so bad - my daughter purchase the more expensive option and I received a bunch of dead flowers and they were tiny - This company is so unethical and they should be taken to court. I’m doing an ACCC report and I hope something happens to shut this dodgy operation down

Never buy from these crooks

Seriously I am sooooo upset with this scamming company. What ever you do please order from another reputable company. I ordered mother's day flowers for my dear mother. I paid nearly $100 and she didnt receive the flowers on mother's day, she received them on the following day. The bloomsflowers I did originally order looked amazing but come to find my mum received a completely different arrangement. If I picked flowers from someone's garden it would have looked better. Even a $20 bunch from Woolworths would have been better. My mum received crushed box of flowers with a Vegemite jar. So cheap it looked so bad.
When she sent me the pic I was so embarrassed they were all crushed and if looked like death flowers & all the pettles had fallen off.
The saddest depressing bunch I have ever seen.
My father apparently used this scamming company a few years back and he was so ripped off. The flowers were laughable. I rung to complain and wanted my money back they asked me to send them the delivery pic and you could see it was a totally different bunch of flowers The sales person opens up my email and said straight to my face oh there is nothing wrong with them when the obvious was right in his eye. Like a real narcissist he hung up then I rung back & this lady said I can give you a store credit of a pissy $20 what to received weed's ir grass clippings the delivery wouldn't even cover that.
I was so angry they ruined the delivery they ruined my surprise and they didnt even write on the card I paid for.
Please people NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE they ofc load all their deliveries from Auburn snd post the flowers in a damn box. You could just imagine what they would look like after travelling around the country side.
Oh amd when you call you speak to some punjab that really doesnt give a shit. They are the most scamming people ever and that's who they have working for them.
Run and spend your money with a private professional local flower shop.

If only I had read the reviews first. I ordered mother's Day flowers on Saturday thinking they were local for delivery on mother's day or soon after. No, they ARE NOT LOCAL they won't be delivered now until Wednesday at the earliest. Coming via Startrack, an Australian Post delivery service. THEY ARE NOT LOCAL LIKE THEIR AD SAID. BE WARNED everyone. This is a con. They were not delivered Wednesday as scheduled.They will be lucky to be delivered Thursday 14th now, knowing Australia Post. In answer to the response from the sellers the order number is #37400 placed on 9th

Horrific service!!

Horrific service!!! Soo pissed off. Purchased $150 flowers and chocolates. There’s no phone number to talk to anyone on. My email has not even been read or replied to from two days ago. These people were terrible
