All was good until Verifone/intercard…
All was good until Verifone/intercard (Bundesbank) decided to change the name on the account where they were paying my funds into. I kept telling them that the system/bank was rejecting the funds and the bank were returning the fees as due to their incompetence they had the name wrong. They kept telling me the issue was resolved - but they continued to submit funds to the wrong account name and it took 3 months to resolve. I have finally received the bulk of my money, but I am 100’s of £‘S down as they expect me to pay the fees for the return of funds charged by the bank. The regulator is a German bank and it’s not easy to resolve my issues or get my money back.
