Got banned for nothing
Got banned for nothing. Never cheated, never used boosters. Or anything. They don't even read the ban appeal. I wrote two tickets. barely a second went by and it was marked as low priority, they don't read an appeal in 1 second. This is the second time I get banned from destiny for not doing anything wrong. They wont answer, they wont give reasons, they wont even discuss it or the information provided to them PROVING I have not cheated. Horrible company.

Pre-ordered 16 months ago, now it's 'out of stock'.
I pre-ordered the Final Shape collectors edition in 2023, and the Final Shape came out in June. I have been back and forth with their support for 7 months trying to get them to send it me and today they've told me it's now 'out of stock' and that they'll be giving me a refund. I told them that the bank account I used was closed last year but all I've gotten in response is a empty apology that was probably AI generated. DO NOT use this company AVOID at all costs
Support is non existent
After having problems logging in I contacted support and sent screen shots and explained what is happening. They told me to clear my cache which I did and didn't help after that they would just keep replying telling me to clear my cache even though I had done so multiple times.

I bought the "Root of Nightmares"-Raid Jacket, because the one from "Garden if Salvation" was perfect.
But that were the worst invested 175€ of my life!!!
The whole product seems cheap produced. The fabric is sharp edged, many outstanding sewings and the picture in the back seems to be "low resolution"
The cherry on the top is, that the "personalization" is a velcro nameplate...it is not even sewed on the product
It seems the Management-change has changed their quality too.

Fraudulent store, they charge more than 200 EUR in my card and don't send the product, contacted support but 1 week passed and no answer
No help at all
I made a mistake by unlinking my cross saves from my account, I asked for help and got harassed by some users, literally no moderation inside this "help forum" since there is no service for help.
Some hours later I got an aswer from the helper and they told me that they can't do nothing about it and wait 90 days!
After all the money spent for the dlc, seasonal passes, deluxe this is how they treat their users, they don't have any interest for helping me.
So what I can do now is playing the game without my characters and dlcs, brilliant answer by a company like that.

Bungie is an incompetent pathetic excuse for a company. Bought destiny 1 the collection for my ps5 and it “can’t connect to the servers”. Thought I just got screwed but it turns out most people can’t play it and haven’t been able to for months. No matter the gaming console or generation. Everybody’s online capability’s works for all other games and apps aside for this game from this absolutely horrendous company. They do not care about the customers or users. Do not buy anything from them. Hell don’t even play there free to play games. They do not deserve your time or money.
Still not recieved item or refund after over a year
I have been trying for a year to either get what I ordered to actually be delivered or get my money back on the item. I bought the product back in 13th September 2021. I keep emailing them about it but have not had one single response absolute joke of a company. There aftersales department is shocking for this to be going on as long as it has. Haven't bought anything off there website since would rather get it from amazon at least i know ill get it sorted

Bungie does not care about their customers. They make their competitive crucible experience unfair and unplayable as their matching system is broken. They have been told many times about this, but if it’s their players; and cause undue stress because they don’t care. How can I lose 10 matches in a row, and move from platinum promotion all the way down to silver III in a single night? How can they take away 1/4 of the progress wheel every time I lose? People need to class action sue them.
Horrible Customer Service (Ticket Ref 163677)
Order was returned to sender and subsequently resold to another customer, with no notification whatsoever to the original customer. Had I not checked, it would have been in limbo whether the order was in the process of being shipped or not. The order page at the time would allow the address to be entered only a specific way - a way that made it so that the address looked off and therefore returned to sender by the shipping intermediaries.
Above all however, is the horrible customer service - in particular from an agent on a specific request (Ticket 163677). Crude, unprofessional, clear lack of accountability and empathy. It's one thing for logistical issues that are outside of your scope - but something like service is definitely in your purview. I had asked for an issue with the service to be escalated but to no avail. I presume the ticket was closed with a no survey tag to drown out the bad experience from being escalated - assuming they even have customer satisfaction surveys in the first place.
I would not recommend any Bungie Store products from hereon because of this experience. I would steer clear of any Bungie store products unless you're a fan of disappointment.

This will be a long post, but I feel people really need to know the BS I went through with this pre-order.
I pre-ordered a Women's Medium (this is important) of the Season of the Splicer hoodie on July 7th, 2021. I wasn't in a huge rush for it but it did take awhile for it to arrive. I receive the hoodie on May 22, 2022 and it was HUGE! Clearly someone mixed up the orders cause this thing ended up being a dress on me! Now starts the horrible experience of trying to exchange it...
May 22, 2022: Emailed Bungie store support with pictures. Couldn't help me until all pre-orders were sent out. I had followed up on May 27th, as I did not hear back.
June 1: They respond saying there should be an update the following week.
July 7: I email regarding the update
July 22: I email AGAIN regarding the update
July 25: Got a response that the warehouse was fulfilling the remaining pre-orders.
September 2: Asking for an update again - 4 months so far to resolve an issue.
October 26: A response! Confirmed that I want a Women's Small and advised that I need to ship the incorrect hoodie back to bungie - at my expense!
November 17: I got the replacement hoodie and it fits great! But the zipper broke on the second time wearing it.
This hoodie took about 1 year to get cost me around $200 Canadian after the purchase and exchange rate, shipping it back and now replacing the slider on the zipper. While I still love the hoodie I would never by any clothing from Bungie again.

actual Bungie store experience, their customer service is god awful. i wast to expect a shipping number by September it is now November and usually, I'm not so picky but when you spend 150 on a jacket you plan to wear for winter it kinda sucks, and I also wouldn't care so much if I got any answers at all to where my order is as under my order tab it has said processing for the last 6 months, so I went to customer service 3 times each time getting nothing but a robot response so finally I did something to force getting ahold of someone and asked for a refund, I then got told no refunds and that my order was processing with still no expected date.

Look I got my old PlayStation account banned not by bungie but bc of people being petty and bc of that I lost around 5 thousand dollars worth of content and I’m trying to log into Bungie and it won’t let me but the PlayStation account I had previous to this new one used a different email and my bungie account was this email and it’s not working I’m don’t with this bull crap I want my hard earned work back
