If you are a person of color , beware of this establishment . They accuse people of color of smelling like cannabis in a threatening manner and they don't care that you are a customer. They are very rude and aggressive towards people of color. If you want good customer service go to ass Pro or somewhere else. it is difficult to shop comfortably with someone following you around the store clutching a firearm telling you to hurry up and buy. I didn't even get to buy what I came there to buy because the treatment was so intense.

After 1 week, my order has seen three countries by going from Italy to Germany via Belgium (!). The problem is that I live in Austria… the shop says they cannot do anything and are not responsible for anything, either.
Well, they could or should change their logistics partner, after all: gls is the worst delivery „service“ available. Probably it‘s also the cheapest, but cheap is not always the best! Should have been a birthday present, but now it‘s turned into nothing. nad that is also what I thank you for so far: Nothing, because that‘s what I got.

I bought then returned a shirt because although it was good quality and as described it was way too small.

At first no refund was given and my emails did not get answered. I contacted them through Instagram, where I had initially seen their advert, and they replied and sent the refund.

In the end good service but took a few weeks.

The good stuff:
- The goods i ordered was described correctly and the pictures looked the part.
- I ordered a pair of brown suede loafers and im overall impressed by the quality when comparing the price, definitely punching above its price range.

The bad stuff
- Shipping took forever. I think it took closer to 3 weeks. However i think this is due to the shipping company they use. At first the tracking link did not work and only after i contacted bunker depot it got working. I was close to dispute the order, but in the end it worked out.

Just received my Barbour and Baracuta coats - smooth delivery and the items are in excellent condition as described on the website. Highly recommend Bunker Depot for vintage Ivy and Military themed clobber!

I ordered an item on September 8th, and it was stated that I would receive it within 48 to 72 hours. Today is September 18th and I still haven’t received anything. On top of that, there’s no tracking number to follow the package and communication with the company is very limited. I had already placed an order before and was satisfied, but this time I’m clearly disappointed and frustrated!

I would never recommend it again! I have no news of my order for 3 weeks while I paid €10 in shipping costs to be delivered in 48/72 hours!

I love visiting the Bunker Depot! Every once in a while I log on just to see if they've added any new stuff. Great value, in different price ranges. Fast shipping!

Fast reaction, closest came rapidly. Just the shirt was not "fruit of the loom" as written on the website, but something simpler, not hundred percent cotton...
But overall, very good experience and good prices.

Very low quality, far far from the standard of the brand. One of the 3 pieces that i bought looked already used by someone. Unbelievable bad.

Unfortunately cannot give more than 1 star due to the fact that the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Received the incorrect item and still after numerous attempts to reach out to bunker depot I have yet to receive an answer. Very sad as there are some good clothing to be found here as well.
