Withheld refund despite return
As many others have reported, this company is running a scam. Returned an unused item in line with their terms and conditions and they confirmed receipt. After no refund showed up they then emailed to say they’re having warehouse trouble so have decided to stop processing refunds. Unfortunately withheld refunds are not covered by PayPal’s buyer protection so I’m down £38. Be warned, this company has signalled their intent to restart sales next year: avoid at all costs, they are thieves.

Good clothes, poor customer service
Bit of a mixed review. Got some shorts and a t-shirt and they looked great. The shorts fit perfectly. The shirt was a little large so I sent it in for a refund. After getting my exchange request approved they sent me a label and it was easy to return. I was told that the new garment would not be sent until they receive the old garment arrived and was checked by warehouse staff. Well they received the garment about 2 weeks ago and I have not received anything from them to acknowledge that they have the t-shirt. When trying to contact them last week I got nothing until yesterday when they told me that they have now closed for the season. I assume I will get refunded eventually however we never really know.
Avoid at all costs. SCAM!!!!

Now their website says they are closed until next pride season.

UK customers please do not give this scam company your pink pound! Refunds do not get processed and they ask you to contact your bank to get your money back & request a recovery. Stating that they are having shipping delays in Germany which means they are unable to process Refunds??. They are halting all operations until next year, aka... next pride, what a surprise! When they can pump out a few more insta ads again and scam everyone. AVOID!!!!
SCAM
SCAM! Order was not in stock contrary to what was claimed in the website. Their internal delivery was massively delayed - the items didnt arrive in the stock on time. I then canceled my order, which was confirmed. Havent received any money/refund by today (23 days after confirmation that the order is canceled).... Now they are telling people that they are having financial issues. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS SHOP!
Poor quality items
Poor quality items, poor customer service.
Ordered a pair of shorts in my size, they came and were too small, returned and ordered the size up - still too small. Measured the waist of these and they measured smaller than the original pair should have been! So, returned these also and requested a refund. Sat waiting for 3 weeks after they have received the item back (confirmed by postal tracking), to receive an email stating that they can't process refunds and to make a chargeback through the bank! Despicable to expect this of customers, when there is no guarantee that a chargeback will be successful. To further add to my frustrations, I no longer bank with the same bank when I ordered this item back in April! - It is now August and I am still out of pocket.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of Pride shorts. Nicely marketed to me. They arrived within a few days and I thought great I shall order a second pair. Also arrived promptly.
Now, the first pair when I tried on didn’t fit very well, were a bit tight, but thought I could get away with it. On closer inspection the legs were of different length, substantially so. The second pair were for someone else, but too tight, their sizing is wrong.
Anyway trying to get this resolved seems impossible, there is no response to email. I now notice that they have switched off their comments on Facebook. Of course, no phone number on the website.
Clearly their out to get everyone’s money and deliver a sub-standard product with no come-back.
And who tells you to stop emailing or your enquiry gets put to the back of the queue. This is on their auto-response, so they clearly have problems and this is the way they deal with it?
Order cancelled by company after one month
I ordered two items of clothing on 9 July and was aware that these would not be shipped immediately, but I was extremely disappointed to get an email from the company on 8 August saying that the order has been cancelled as they are unable to deliver to Germany currently. I feel that they could have given more notice of this or offered some kind of compensation rather than just a blanket apology.

I have been patiently waiting for my order for over 4 weeks. Now the order has been cancelled without further explanation. Still waiting for my money to be returned.
Poor fitting, terrible service
The shorts are unfortunately made for women who are straight up and down as one pair were too tight in the thighs to even get on and the size up fitted on the thighs but were massive on the waist.
But the customer service is where this really falls down. Their returns process seems unnecessarily manual and you need approval before you can return anything.
3 and a half weeks after I'd returned the items, I still had had no refund or any communication and I sent them an email. They came back saying the items were damaged and would need further investigation.
They later came back with a photo asking me to explain the marks and querying if they'd been ironed?! 1. Why would I do that on something that didn't fit but 2. also apparently if you keep them they can't be ironed?
It may have just been the quality of the photos but I can't make out any marks. Literally all I did was try them on and then put them back in the bag. I have absolutely no way of knowing what these marks (that I can't see) are, or when they were caused - especially given they've been out of my hands for almost a month now.
Regardless, given they made zero effort to proactively contact me about these supposedly damaged items, it seems like they were just hoping I wouldn't notice they hadn't refunded them (particularly given the shorts went to half price almost immediately after I got them)
Sometimes shopping small is just unnecessarily stressful for the customer, I'd go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service when there was a very slight issue with my product. No questions, friendly and prompt service. I would highly recommend.
Size Matters - When Ordering Two Shirts In Different Colors
I ordered two of the exact same shirts (one black, one white) and got two different sizes, even though were labelled as large. The black shirt is a true US Large (I'm tall), the white is a US small. 6" difference in length, width off by at least 4", pics sent, was told they didn't see "much" of a difference between the two, even though I provided pics. Reason given is they have two different suppliers. Somehow this is my fault and I have to provide pics and everything else to prove I bought the shirts and they screwed up. I don't know how to attach pics here, but my friends at Columbus Pride, Cleveland Pride, Canton Pride, and Akron Pride will help me.

Poor quality, no service
Poor quality. T-shirt has holes already after three times washing. Complaint was rejected with the reason that a return is only possible within 14 days, max 30 days at their discretion when damaged. In my opinion, poor material quality will often only become apparent after this period of time.
I regret that I did not stick to buying from stores based in Germany. Six months no discussion in case of defect, by law. That is customer friendly.
