Quite straight forward, I made a mistake and could change the document easily, considering I’m English and still managed to make it work, top marks.
The service delivered was again very stressless easy to follow and was delivered earlier than advised. An excellent service, thank you.

A FUIR!!!!
A total waste of time with this supposed "company" for a simple change of address.
They keep asking for the same document time and time again. They do this on purpose so that you call their premium rate phone number where you are kept on hold and then automatically disconnected after 3 minutes!
I can't understand how a company like this is allowed to operate in a supposedly law-abiding country like France.

I was told I did not submit all the…
I was told I did not submit all the documents, although I did sent all of them. In my case I have sent front/back copies of my valid Slovenien ID (permanent, EU ID). So I sent them again and the third time I sent the passport images. It would be more helpful if the first two times I was notified the reason why my valid ID pictures were not acceptable (although it says that you can provide valid ID).
