I have been using Bureau Works as a translator for more than six months now, and I find it extremely helpful in my work. The interface is simple and user-friendly, while still offering advanced features for those who need them. Although I have mostly handled basic translation tasks, I have never had any difficulty navigating the platform.

What I appreciate most is that it automatically saves my translations and edits the moment I finish typing. This feature has been invaluable, as it prevents data loss in case of internet issues—a problem I often faced with other tools I previously used. That said, there have been occasional issues with previews not loading despite multiple refresh attempts, and I hope this gets resolved soon as it is quite important. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the AI-generated suggestions.

Overall, though, my experience with Bureau Works has been very positive, and it has made my translation workflow much smoother.

BW has a great interface with lot of tools. The way that you can organize by project and by client (with different personalizations in the glossary and dictionary) is something that makes my days easier. It has a contextual sensitive translation and AI tools where you can use your own credentials for more privacy. BW is complete in every aspect.

The worst translation platform ever! I'm forced to use Bureau Works through an agency and it cannot deliver what it sells. The functionalities are very limited, the machine translations for post editing are unusable and the platform is slow.

Out of the blue, I received an email from Bureau Works asking me to define a password:

I have never visited the site or registered. This behaviour is suspect.
