Just loved the product. It’s to my expectations and it’s great.

Four stars are for great buy, excellent quality, beautiful designs and nicely packed.
Missing one star is for long delivery time and lacked of updated delivery schedule!

I initially had an issue with a product then unfortunately communication at times was slower than I’d hoped and it took quite a while to reach a final outcome. That said, I genuinely appreciate the way Burga ultimately handled the situation.

After I left a fair but negative Trustpilot review, their team reached out directly, listened, and worked with me toward a resolution which I truly appreciated. While the experience tested my patience initially, I think it’s important to acknowledge when a company makes a genuine effort to make things right. Burga did exactly that. Their willingness to step in, resolve the issue professionally, and restore confidence in their brand deserves recognition.

Gorgeous case, but magsafe is not working. Initially asked for a new case to be sent. Have now sent more than 6 emails requesting a refund and return label. The horrible customer service made me want to completely avoid this company despite having great designs. Truly scamming behavior.

Edit: Remarkable how quickly they responded after this review went up with a refund...

Straight after placing my order, I tried to cancel ( within 10 minutes of ordering) in order to order a different case and received an email the next day saying they had already shipped and that I need to return it, pay for shipping and return to an address in Lithuania? I've emailed to explain I'm based in Dubai so this will be extremely costly and haven't received a response. The return process is very long / difficult and seems very unprofessional. I was considering doing an exchange as I had bought the wrong case but Burga's response has completely put me off

When are the THIN IPHONE CASES coming back???
The Tough MagSafe case just is NOT the same as the previous thin cases, which make the phone feel significantly thinner!!!
BURGA will have lost me as a customer if those thin cases don't return. That's just the reality. Maybe I should even make my own company to produce those cases? Ridiculous.

Awful quality. I bought this case for my iPhone 12 mini, and it’s just a piece of overpriced plastic that doesn't even fit correctly. In fact, it already cracked at the corners just from me trying to put it on my phone—I haven't even dropped it! It’s incredibly discouraging, and it does absolutely nothing to protect the device. Save your money.

After a few emails regarding a wrongly sized item, I still feel like no one is actually reading my messages.

I ordered 4 phone cases for the same phone model. 3 arrived correctly, but 1 was for the wrong size. I clearly explained multiple times that I had double-checked my order before purchasing, yet I keep receiving standard copy-paste responses that don’t address what I’m actually saying.

Instead of genuinely looking into the issue, I’m simply being told to pay for return shipping myself.

UPDATE:

I’m very happy that BURGA responded very quickly to my initial review and immediately offered a solution. I really appreciate how fast and customer-friendly they acted. The issue was resolved smoothly, and I’m very satisfied with the way everything was handled. Great service!

paying a medium price for a high quality product. pretty fun and cute too ^^ the only place I could find an actually good looking flipz 7 case.
