BURGA customer service reached out in an effort to resolve.
I have since received my leakproof cup.
It's beautiful, fits perfectly in my cupholder and works very well.
Thanks BURGA, upgraded to 3 stars for this.
However, I would have rathered that they resolved my original order during my repeated interactions, while my delivery was already late. I wanted my items, they should have acknowledged it was lost, as it was an express delivery, and resent the items at that point- Instead they continued to ask me to wait a further 8 days. I felt it was a waste of my time and not in keeping with 5 star service.
Ordered a cup and phone case with express delivery, costing €104.86 in total. I was genuinely excited as both items looked amazing online.
Unfortunately, the order never arrived and the status never updated beyond “order processing.” There were also no updates recorded through DHL.
I had multiple interactions with customer service. €7 was refunded, and I was advised to allow a further 9 days for delivery and to contact them again if the items still hadn’t arrived. More emails followed, but the level of customer service fell far below what you would expect for the price paid. Every email ended with a request for me to keep updating them, rather than proactive support from their side.
I have now requested a full refund. Hopefully this process goes smoothly, but based on my experience so far, I expect I may have to chase that as well.
Buyer beware — the service does not match the premium price tag. I will never use this company again...

I have purchased a few of BURGA phone cases. They are so lovely. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of them - I contacted customer services and they were amazing. They got back to me straight away and sent out an replacement. I would 100% recommend this company 👌

I love the case...I am a pickle girl so this find was awesome! My 1st love is Moose in case you want to branch out 😉 The only reason it wasn't a 5... well truly my fault. I didn't pay attention to where it was coming from so I was on pins and needles with my caseless new phone. Not in a hurry so good!
