The WORST deliver experience EVER

If I could score this Burger & Beyond in Borough yards 0 stars, then I most certainly would. Whilst the food in burger and beyond is good, ordering with them online is the worst experience and I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. How can I place an order at 8pm and it estimates the arrival for 9:40pm and latest arrival 22:20pm. I tried to cancel the order on uber eats immediately and they didn't respond. I called burger and beyond and they said they could not do it on their end. They could not find a driver for over 20 minutes which means our food sat there waiting for someone. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, and guess what HORRIBLE. It is 9:15 and the food still isn't here. Just don't deliver here then, it is so simple. If the order will take over an hour to arrive then just say it is not possible to deliver to us.
Heed my warning and do not order food from here unless you live on the same road as them.
