Thinking we would try Tommi’s in Thayer st London, we ordered a classic burger and chips and a veggie burger to eat in. The chef and his assistant were arguing and cleary not happy. We waited for our food and saw customers who came one after us getting their food first. Then eventually ours was ready but then given to some other customers. After realising the mistake the staff retrieved the food and gave to us! We refused it as the other customers had attempted a start on them. The chef then tried to get us to take the food, which we refused. He then angrily threw the whole lot in the bin and recooked the food . My Classic burger was ok but no bigger than a Macdonalds saver menu burger so maybe it was the Express burger?. I’ll never go back to find out. Their customer service was appalling!

This is the worst burger place I've ever not eaten at. I ordered at staff lunch through deliveroo that totalled well over £300.00 due to arrive at 12.30pm. I pre- ordered everyone's order at 09.00am and my order was cancelled 20 minutes before the food was due to arrive. The manager gave a pitiful excuse as we had issues! Never ever order from this place the service is terrible! They have no customer service the food is unseasoned and too expensive for the amount they charge for a tiny

I’ve been dining at Tommi’s since they first opened on Marylebone high Street. I’m a longtime fan and have long said they serve the best burgers in London.

My last visit to Tommi’s just before Christmas will be my last. Our food was served by a waiter who burped out loud as he placed our burger baskets on the table. A first for me in 35 years of dining in this city. He at least had the grace to apologise afterwards.

The burger smelled gamey and un-beefy. Having spent the best part of the next day on the toilet the pattie must have been rancid.

I made a point of asking the chef whether Tomi’s had changed their butcher as the burger was foul and subsequently registered a complaint on their website but never received a response from their customer services team.

After the demise of Lucky 7 in Westbourne Grove it’s sad to see another burger bar’s demise. Clearly Tomi’s no longer give a s*** about their food, service or customers.

Probably the worst burger I have ever tasted.
This was a total waste of money. The burger i got was cold and smothered in kechup and salad dressing, the fries were stale, service was rude and it was expensive too. Absolutely nothing to like about this place.
