Rowan and his team have been excellent at website development. He is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to achieve the desired goal. He has also offered advice and help when needed, and has been very punctual with deadlines.

Before hiring him, I asked Rowan some key questions that are important for my needs, one of which was whether he can use skype and phone for real time communication, he responded Yes.

After paying him 50% of the funds, he did the work my development site, but when it came time to push it to live, I asked him for his skype name so we can be in real time contact (in case something went wrong), to which he said he doesn't have nor use skype. Then I asked him if I can call, he kept insisting that I use email as that is "Real time" and best way for HIM to communicate, never-mind what the paying customer wants or what was discussed before start of project! So basically he changed his mind as things went along and does not care what customer prefers.

When I questioned him why he went back on his word, he started throwing offenses telling me I'm a problematic client and to "get lost", his words.

This was one of the strangest and worst experiences with what was supposed to be a professional developer, he also refused to issue a refund.

He may be good when he's doing his work with a computer, but careful not to push the wrong button or stand up for your requirements, he reacted belligerently and unprofessionally to me when I did this.

Fantastic service. Real attention to detail and care taken every step of the way. Did a lot of complicated Magento development for us. Will definitely use again.
