I bought my Burkely bag in 2019, and just recently (in 2022) one of the metal hooks was broken. Immediately after contact with customer service, I was offered a new shoulder strap for free.

I’m genuinely furious with this purchase. There was no real home delivery attempt - the parcel was dumped at a far pickup point, I wasn’t contacted at all, and Burkely refuses to acknowledge any delivery issue, insisting it’s not their responsibility. I wasted hours trekking to collect the package, only to open the box and find obvious scratches on a supposedly new bag with the tags still on (then long journey again to return the bag). These weren’t in-transit scuffs; they look like damage someone clearly saw before packing, which makes it feel like I was sent the last, worst unit - and now it’s out of stock, so I can’t even get a replacement. Customer support answered messages and I did get my money back, but there was no gesture for the inconvenience, no ownership of the failed delivery, and no proactive communication - just a shrug and “not our problem.” The bag’s design would have been fine if it hadn’t arrived damaged, but the overall experience - from ignored delivery responsibility to the time sink and poor quality control - was unacceptable.

Bad delivery service. Couldn't deliver package for 3 weeks because their system cant deal with letter "ř". Support wasn't that bad though, at least i am grateful for support service.
I love my new bag, you can see it is of high quality! The ordering process was easy and the bag was delivered quickly. It came with helpful care instructions. I will shop here again!
i bought one of their bags for almost 200 dollars, the bad started to fall
part after just a couple of very normal uses.
i contacted customer service and they told me to “lodge a complaint with the store i bought it from” because i has bought it from TJ maxx “the warranty was void”

I ordered some products. I waited for 2 days and i saw it the order was complete. I wrote 3 email and they only answered for the third one. I still don’t have the products. But they have my money. That was the first and the last time.
