Terrible
Terrible. Unreliable and incompetent. Extremely rude dispatchers and although most of the drivers are lovely there are a few really awful ones. Been using them for over 25 years but never again.

Unfortunately this is already the third time that we had ordered a taxi, and it has not shown up. There was no message, no alert. When we tried to call, no one picked up. To be fair, it was early in the morning. But when you need to go to the airport, you really do need a reliable service. For us enough is enough, we will no longer use them.
