Not happy with administration……

Not happy with administration… appraisal quotes are suspiciously low and once we paid the $500 deposit they came in with a new weight appraisal, thousands over the original price. Note the new quote was given within days of moving, too late to look for an alternative company.

Other agreements as to not combine our truck with another household were not honoured leaving with furniture they couldn’t fit in the truck and us travelling the 1,000 plus miles at our own cost renting a UHaul to get the last of our items.

Good luck trying to get hold of this company if you have issues-unresponsive & don’t care.

THE WORST MOVERS IN CANADA

These movers are inept, unethical and take no responsibility for anything. When you try to contact them to get answers about the damage to your property and lost items, they will ignore you. When someone does get back to you, it will be to blame you for not buying extra insurance. Then when you point out their negligence and breach of contract, they will tell you that you should expect stuff to be damaged in a long distance move and actually you should be grateful more of your stuff was not destroyed. THEY ARE THE LOWEST, SLEAZIEST OPERATORS IN AN INDUSTRY THAT DESPERATELY NEEDS MORE REGULATION.

I’d give zero stars if I could

Terrible company to deal with. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Your movers showed up 2 hours late for our move and didn’t call to let us know - we had to finally contact your office to find out what was going on. When the miserable woman working in the Edmonton office called us back she said she was giving us a heads up that the movers were late. Nope! We have you the heads up that they were late and we shouldn’t have had to call you about it. That should have been the first clue that dealing with her would be a nightmare.

The woman in office is beyond rude (she hung up on me not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES while trying to sort out the massive discrepancy in the “reliable and upfront” quote to actual invoice amount instead of sorting a problem out). I cannot explain to you how absolutely disrespectful and inappropriate that is. She has absolutely no business having the job she has. Just awful.

Your website also brags about how you’re doing things differently than other moving companies and changing the stereotype - from my experience, you’re worse than the stereotype and should really be ashamed of yourselves.

Your website goes further to say that your core values are:
Respect - not sure how hanging up on your customers is respectful? Or charging a customers credit card without permission is respectful? Seems pretty fraudulent to me.

Accountability - instead of owning up to the fact that your movers were late and making up for the terrible quote to actual time taken you just denied, denied, denied any responsibility and charged our credit card without our permission.

Perseverance - I guess you persevered - took your movers twice as long to get the job done than we were quoted, and that’s after a detailed call about what we had to move AND a video you insisted on of our house with all contents.

Dependability - being 2 hours late with no call to let us know is certainly not dependable.

Overall just completely disgusted with this company and wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy. I’ve also since spoken to friends who had the unfortunate experience of using you, too. They’re also beyond frustrated with their experience with you. Wish I’d spoken to them sooner!
