Adjust your diet first before starting your fast
I didnt weaning myself off sugar before starting, but have noticed my cravings lessening. Once I adjust my diet again, I'll start another fast

The Burn Box products tasted great and…
The Burn Box products tasted great and helped me get through the toughest part of the 3 days…hour 24-28 were tough! Once I survived the toughest hours, the hunger subsided and I felt great! I even extended my fast another 24 hours🙌. I definitely lost fat in my midsection, dropping an inch around the waist. This past week after fasting, I’ve noticed the cravings for sweets has shut down. I’m looking forward to the next fast😃

DO NOT trust this company! I ordered the $39 trial Burnbox, and was very careful to indicate it was a one-time trial purchase. Yesterday I was charged $190 for the second Burnbox in the subscription they created for me. When I emailed the company, I was basically told, “too bad- it’s already in process, so we’re not going to cancel it; we just won’t charge you more after we collect this $190”.
Update: re the response below: all one need do is read the thread of negative reviews on this company to see that this bait and switch is a common tactic for this company.

Fantastic customer service
Bought a bundle, the citrus made my acid reflux go wild. I had surgery to my right hand and neglected to cancel my subscription. I tried to return the product.
While they did not accept the product, I get it, food, can be tampered with, etc. They were polite, super responsive, and gave me a partial refund
If they ever come out with different flavors, I'll be the first to jump on the BurnBox bandwagon
