I had a bad experience with this company. You get a discount for getting a 4 month subscription, you pay, get your box and when you cancel the subscription they do dirty business and charge you again.
You do not need this product to do a 3 day fast and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company and their no refund guarantee.

Works, but usual subscription based snatch and grab for money.
The products work well. Wish there was some more straight forward information on how you start. The booklet given goes into all the background info into the program. Then later you find out you need to prepare for your fast 3 days ahead of time. Then there's the bone broth, you really need to make sure to have it HOT the directions for it are very small. And since you're usually 2 cold drinks in with the packet before it...you naturally assume to do the same. Subscription options are more than a little annoying. Plenty of nonsense behind how the subscriptions are fulfilled and charged. "sign up now to receive additional this and that off". Then find out that eventhough you have a Subscription for 4 months it's actually only 1 month, but if you cancel you pay back that special discount. Which would be fine. If I got what I originally paid for to start.

I was concerned it would be difficult…
I was concerned it would be difficult to fast for 72 hours. Burnbox made it easy. I was never too hungry and actually had a couple of packets left over. Looking forward to my next fast starting in 2 days!

I never really felt hungry
I never really felt hungry, which was a positive. I’m a little concerned about some of the ingredients used. Unfortunately, I didn’t weigh myself until the last ~24 hours, so not sure how much total weight I lost. I’ll track better next month. Didn’t lose any fat where I wanted it appears and since I didn’t feed my muscles any protein for 3 days, they’re recovering slowly.
