Please check before going to the shop…
Please check before going to the shop if they have the hat in stock, or at the warehouse. I drove 25 miles to the shop to discover the hat I wanted was not there, and could only be ordered online. The staff in the shop advised me to order a large, but unfortunately the hat I was sent was way to big, so back to the shop to return it. Its been that much hassle, I didn't want a replacement.
The people in the shop seem to behave as if the warehouse is a separate business. Initially I was refused a refund as I hadn't bought it in the shop, even though it says on the box to return to the shop.
I might have just had bad luck, but it wasn't a positive experience. I have driven a total of 100 miles, paid for postage, and don't have a hat at the end of it.
