Ordered product in 07/05/2025. Sent 3 emails within 3 days requesting cancellation of order. One of the emails within 4 hours of original order and also called number for them listed on Paypal within that 4 hours. Someone finally answered and I was told order could not be cancelled as it had already been sent to shipping. I was incredulous. I continued to call and email up until yesterday, 2/18/2026. I explained to them from the very first call and email that I am 78 years old, that my doctor told me I should not take the product because I have a variety of severe medical issues (it was only after ordering it that my son told me to ask my doctor) , and lastly, I am on a limited income. Over the past year they have told me they wont refund the money because their policy is I have to use the product for a specified period of time. They also tell me the product must be returned within 60 days or no refund. (They ignore my emails sent
within hours). They request copies of the order and the receipts; I send them and they deny receiving them. In between, they send me form letters that began with, "Dear Marci, I hope you are doing well" , then go on to say no returns after 60 days. I don't believe they even read what has been sent to them. So, most recently they provided me with an address to which I could send the unopened product which they would then inspect and determine if a refund would be issued. I sent it, along with a separate package of unordered product ($232) that just showed up on my doorstep and which they told me to send back to a different address.
Two days ago they offered me a 75% refund on the July,2025 product. I agreed to the 75%, but stated I wanted a full refund on the $232 unordered product of January 22, 2026. The office that received the returned January product issued a refund to me yesterday. The people who received the returned July, 2025 product emailed me today, saying sorry, they made a mistake. Not giving me the 75% ($122) as I didn't request a refund within 60 days!!!!!
So now they have my money AND the product

Got the 6 month supply for my sister who needs to lose 60 pounds. As the 1 star suggests, she still needs to lose 60 pounds. Such a waste of time and money as this products does not perform as stated. Had hoped to find a blend of natural ingredients that works. Unfortunately the search continues.

The product is garbage, but worse than an ineffective product is a customer service that is foreign and totally incompetent! Promised a refund and 4 months later, they are still asking for Order # and email address. When a previous customer service rep. assured me of my refund was approved and on it's way.... STAY AWAY!!Horrible

Request for refund was refused. Counter offer was turned down by me. Burnjaro replied that I should take the counter offer or "they will make getting a refund so difficult that I'll wish I did take the offer". And they did make it extremely difficult and costly.

this is false. Not a darn difference. 2 bottle empty now. 4 will go in trash.

Spent hundreds of dollars only for this product to NOT work and I lost very little , a pound or two, in comparison to the claims sold by Ophrah who just steals your money! Joke. Don't buy it! not worth the money.

Kelly Clarkson is this like a nother one of those gummy bears scam that u had going a bout a year ago buy gummy bears and eat one a day and watch the weight roll off your a fraud endorcing a product to make the rich shame on you!!!!!

I bought burnjaro after watching a long video. Biggest and most expensive scam ever. I wish I could get my money back. First lie, they said but 6 get 3 free. I only got 6. Second lie, take 2 pills in the morning, 1 bottle equals one month. The bottle says take 1 pill daily. I haven't lost one single ounce.

Do not buy this product...no weight loss and it took 50+ emails to get my refund. I had to send product back and still took over 3 months for them to get my refund of only 75% and I am hoping it will be in my account soon. they keep sending you canned emails with 30% offered.

If I could put in a negative number I would. This product does not work. The company only wants your money. There is no customer service. The "support team" can not find your order number, or any information about your orders, an email is not sent with every purchase, they do not answer questions but just delay your requests for refunds or offer you 50% or 75%. Then of course they never issue the refund. The support number 979 310-0144 is hardly ever answered. Michael was my support person who was going to help all along the way with the weight loss program. Michael just wanted to sell me additional supplements than make Burn Jaro work even better. No results. Don't waste your money. The company loves to send out the notice - We can't refund your purchase since you are over the 60 day limit....I was also advised by Michael that I had 90 days after I inquired after 30 days and he encouraged me to just stick with the program for another month since I had "90 days" to return the products. I wished I had checked this product out on Facebook...The reviews are horrible....There are lots of consumers who have my same opinion on these products. This is just another SCAM>>>>Warning.....Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON BURN JARO>>You will only be disappointed and out all of your money.

This product does not work. What a scam.

Bought the initial 6 month supply, their service reps called and talked me into additional supplements needed after the fact with a 2 month guaranteed money back. Took everyday as directed, called after a month and advised haven't lost any weight wanted refund, said that everyone's metabolism is different and give at a little longer. Gave it 3 more weeks and still nothing called today and they said sorry you MB Guarantee expired yesterday. Save your money. Don't waist your money on this waste of time and money. Thanx Ray for ripping me off you done your company good.

This company and their product are a total waste of time. I took the product for 30 days (from 30th June) and informed them I had lost no weight. They responded suggesting I should continue with the product for 2/3 months. I informed them I would give it another 30 days. After the 30 days I still hadn’t lost any weight so I requested a refund under their guarantee. I was informed I was outside the 60 day refund guarantee period. I tried to send further emails which suddenly were undeliverable. I think they had blocked me so I left it for a while. I starting looking at all the first emails I received from them and found one stating “with their 90 day refund guarantee what do I have to lose but the weight”. I found another email address and sent an email on 29th September requesting a refund under their 90 day guarantee period and the response was I was outside of their 90 day refund guarantee which was 28th September. I responded saying how could I be outside of the guarantee period as I had first requested a refund back in July. Guess what emails were undeliverable again. The company and the product are a total scam. I advise you not to buy anything from them, the only thing you will lose is your money.

I wish no stars was an option! TOTAL SCAM. Unanswered emails with the exception of offering that you keep the junk they sell and opt for a 30% refund. When you let them it is that is not an acceptable solution they continue with emails about what’s in their fine print. Disregarding the fact that you’ve met the criteria in the fine print and you’ve jumped through all of the hoops to meet their refund criteria. DISGUSTING COMPANY! Shameful practices and fat wallets.

I ordered this Burnjaro end od June and sent it back in 5 days. I always go through Stamps.com because you get a paper back showing when it delivered..
My bill was $310.90
I had to go through my credit card and the money was put in on Sept 18,2025
Don't order from this company

This company completely cheated me. It purports to sell something that is the Pink Salt Trick in a capsule. Their product doesn't even have any pink salt in it! Everything they say is completely false. Their product doesn't work and is not what they claim it is during the sale.
Fake endorsements: The marketing for Burnjaro has used fake endorsements with deep fakes of celebrities and doctors and false claims, such as being featured by Harvard or having a "pink salt trick"..
Lack of scientific evidence: There is no credible scientific evidence that Burnjaro can produce weight loss results comparable to prescription medications like Mounjaro.
I returned all the products to them after getting the information about how to do this. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T KEEP THE PRODUCT AND USE IT FOR 60 DAYS THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. INSTEAD THEY LET ME RETURN THE PRODUCT, PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING AND THEN CHEATED ME OUT OF $100.
They are operating a scam and a fraudulent and if it isn't should be illegal business. It is amazing that this crooked company is allowed to operate.
I am looking into reporting them to the Attorney General of New York State as I was lied to and cheated out of $100.

I ordered Burn Jaro (6 bottles) from SlimFlora via Cartpanda on August 2, 2025.

On September 13, 2025, at 12:12 PM, BurnJaro support wrote to me directly and offered a 75% refund with no return required. I accepted this offer in writing.

Since then, the company has sent me repeated canned responses from a different alias, reducing the offer to 30% or requiring I to return the products. They are ignoring the original written agreement.

Their own website lists contradictory refund policies (30 days, 60 days, 150 days, and even a 100% guarantee), which creates confusion and misleads consumers.

This behavior is deceptive and inconsistent. I am now escalating through Cartpanda, my bank, and consumer protection agencies. I am posting this review to warn other buyers —DO NOT PURCHASE

Ordered on 6/12/2025. Never received the order. Contacted SEVERAL times beginning 7/20/2025 and still have not received my order. The company keeps telling me "in transit" and gives a bogus transit number. Today their reply is I must try Burnjaro for 60 days to receive a refund. How can I do that if I never received my order? Have contacted my credit card company.
