Bought a shower off these people and I ordered a shower too small. Anyway I had to set it up as I'd taken the old shower out, and could no way afford another one that's when it him me how tiny this thing is I could barely was myself in it. Also the quality of the shower is pretty bad compared to one I've had to buy from elsewhere causing me to be £300 out of pocket. It also states that they accept returns which they definitely don't. Now I'm getting emails from them asking me to change my review.

I purchased a shower unit and a bath with a shower unit .
The quality was very poor and when they were fitted I had nothing but problems from both of them
Some of the parts were faulty and when they were first fitted I had to cal the plumber out on several occasions due to leaks
Now I have a problem with the metal which is attached from the bath to shower it has corroded .
I informed after sales and the email I received back was that she felt I had used the wrong cleaning products without asking me what products I had been using ? And that the bath was out of warranty and they would send me replacement parts at cost price

Had loads of bathroom stuff off them for a new house and all was very good, I'd say they were a good company and delivered quickly etc.
